We have been customers for seven years now. Dr. Van and her staff have always provided outstanding service, a clean and modern office, and good value for the price paid.

I have always had a fear of dentists, and after a bad experience with a previous dentist, I stopped going for several years. I have been going to Bella Bella for several years now and am so happy to have found Dr. Lynn Vann and her wonderful staff! I have always received such excellent care. My entire experience has been positive. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I was given a treatment plan, but was never pushed and wand her staff s allowed to have the work done at my own pace. Dr. Vann is simply the best dentist I've ever had. She is gentle, warm, and caring. She and her staff always make me feel welcome and comfortable. Bella Bella is everything you want in a dental group.

I drive an hour away just to go to Bella Bella Dental Group. I've had so many not so good experiences with other dental group that this is worth going out of the way. Bella Bella Dental Group is extremely professional, friendly and accomodating. There have been times when they were full of appointments but were able to squeeze me in for an appointment or they would call me when someone else has cancelled their appointment. Other groups would tell me they would call if someone cancels but usually that never happens. Also, they do not push unnessary products on me to make extra cash like other groups have done. Also, there has been times when I am establishing myself as a new patient, the dental group requires me to make one appointment for an xray and then come back for a cleaning. I barely have time to make one appointment with my work schedule! Bella Bella Dental was able to do that all in one day. Also, from another group experience, I went for my bi-yearly cleaning and when I got there, the hygienist just scraped my teeth of plaque. That's it. I did not get any polish, fluoride treatment, water flushing, etc. And when I mentioned that, they said "Oh if you wanted a deep cleaning you were suppose to specify". So if I wanted that I had to make ANOTHER appointment and SPECIFY. I thought it was standard quality practice?? Maybe I'm wrong but that was the first time I've ever been told that by a dental group that there were two different types of cleaning. I wondered what they billed my insurance? Bella Bella of course did not do that. I always get the high quality standard of care I am used to getting all my life with Bella Bella. I highly, highly recommend Bella Bella Dental Group!

I've been going to Bella Bella for about three years and I've never been so comfortable going to a dentist. At Bella Bella I am always greeted promptly and the friendly smiling faces of the staff give me a warm gentle feeling. Their professionalism is at a very high standard and they use some of the latest technology in cosmetic dentistry. I am amazed at the superb level of comfort I have every visit and I always leave feeling happy and confident. I just got two implant crowns and I couldn't be more happy with the experience . I am proud to have Bella Bella as my dental group.

Dr. Vann and her team of associates are wonderful. My 5 year old son absolutely loves going to the dentist because of the awesome experiences he's had at Bella Bella Dental. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that's looking for a dentist.
