The quality exhibited by those working in the establishment is readily evident. One knows you are getting a professional opinion and the repair that I was looking for was thorough and all of it appeared to be relevant. The repair was completed in a two day period. Best service I have had on it. I will plan to go again for repairs I might need.

Before we were married my wife and I walked into Bert Levi Family Jewelers in Horton Plaza on a whim to look at rings. Bert helped us refine in our minds what we liked by tirelessly showing us a variety of styles and sizes of their beautifully custom-designed rings. We ultimately bought our unique and stunning engagement ring, then had Bert and his team create a custom companion wedding band. We later worked with Bert to design and create a stunning Mother's ring with the birthstones of our children. Aside from the fact that we love every piece of jewelry, it is Bert's caring, warmth and enduring friendship that has made us devoted, life-long customers of Bert Levi Family Jewelers.
