My son, who lives in Phoenix, had to visit his ORTHO here in California but couldn’t get home to do that. They referred him to Blacker Ortho and they were very welcoming to him. Our family has received above and beyond customer service and care from Blacker Orthodontics. From the first consultation and appointment we have been thrilled with the quality of care our children have received. Their comfort and care are always the top priority of the staff. Explaining what is being done and why makes the kids feel comfortable and informed. Making and changing appointments has been done with ease. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgable staff make the process easy. The location of the offices have also made it very convenient for our family. Our experience has been very positive. We love this office!! Dr. Blacker is amazing and the staff is friendly and kind. Scheduling was easy and the office is always running on time. They listened to what we wanted for our daughter and did exactly that. Her teeth look abosultely beautiful and we are so glad that we chose to go with Dr. Blacker! Thank you!!

We moved to Dr. Blacker from a different ortho office. Dr Blacker provides personal service. You always see him personally and his staff is always so sweet and caring. I have had to get my kids in last minute a couple of times and they are always so accommodating. Once we were on vacation and I took a pic of the issue in my sons mouth they looked at it and helped remedy it over the phone. Their service is so personal I would recommend their office highly.

My experience with Dr Blacker has been short of spectacular. His staff is highly qualified in what they do and are attentive to one’s need. I love the pictures of the students that hang on the wall showing their beautiful smiles. My teeth at the age of seventy are straight again. This has been a very positive experience.

Blacker Orthodontics is absolutely fabulous. I'm not sure how they did it, but they got our daughter to look forward to getting braces ON! And, boy, do they give back to the community and to their patients. From in-office contests and giveaways, to incentive tokens, to annual pool party blow outs, they really do spoil their patients. Dr. Blacker participates in a number of charity drives and donations, he even donated to our children's school last year. And when it came time to take our daughter's braces off, they really made her feel special with goofy pictures, a goodie bag full of swag, the whole nine yards. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating. I wish there were more stars to give them. Best decision we ever made.

The Dr, and the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. We feel we are getting quality care by this office. My son has always had trouble with new producers regarding himself. he gets too emotional, and scared, The staff was very helpful regarding this matter and made everything simple and explainable to him. I , Marilyn Williams was the caregiver and sister n law to Muhammad Ali for over nine years . One day I was taking Muhammad to therapy when I notice Dr Blacker's office . I took it upon myself just by chance to see what the process was for me to get braces and how quickly it could be done . They got me in right away with a great payment plan .. The staff is very professional and polite . Appointments were always on time never had to wait . Dr Blacker worked with my schedule and even now I can always go back and he will double check to make sure everything is still in place . Today I have a beautiful smile and I'm very grateful . Our experience from the initial consultation to when the braces came off was a step above the rest. Nathan wanted to us Dr. Blacker because his time for the expander was shorter than other offices we had visited. Treatment time was even under the expected time, got the braces off before Senior photos. Thank you so much for all the work on his teeth. The quality of care at Blacker Orthodontics is excellent. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I go to the Tempe office which is close to my home. I got braces when I was in my late fifties and my teeth look great. Dr. Blacker was very patient and worked to get a beautiful result for me.

Our experience was top notch from the moment we walked in for our first appointment. I brought my 10 and 12 year olds in for a consult and they were greeted warmly by the staff and immediately made to feel at ease. We returned a few days later to begin treatment and my boys appreciated the time and gentle attention they were given. My 12 year old has a horrible gag reflex and they honored that by being attentive to his needs and concerns. My 10 year old did not enjoy the mold but they were quick and encouraging during the entire process. Dr. Blacker is very nice with a soft and gentle demeanor. My kids really like him and the staff at Blacker Orthodontics. We are very pleased with our choice and are looking forward to carrying out this journey with them. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking Orthodontic care.

The medical care was excellent. The assistants were phenomenal and they made you feel like they were your friend and that they cared about you. I would recommend blacker to anyone young or old who wants to do an orthodontic treatment. Many kudos to dr. Blacker and his team of assistants. This morning's appointment at Blacker Orthodontics in Chandler, Arizona was wonderful . We were seen promptly at our scheduled appointment time. The appointment lasted just as long as expected. All of our questions and concerns were answered. We felt comfortable and well taken care of. Leanne especially was helpful in making sure our Rachel felt confident in her new retainer and gave her extra care tips on what to eat and not to eat. And we scheduled our next visit on a date and time convenient for us. Thanks everyone!! :-)
