Our experience with Blue Haven was extremely positive. Our sales person Jeff was very knowledgeable and patient as we changed our mind several times on the design of the pool. Our project manager Josh kept us informed throughout the process and was very effective at managing timing and expectations. The quality of the contractors was very good and there weren’t any additional costs or fees that we weren’t expecting. They made a hard process easy for us and we would highly recommend them.

Our project manager Josh Horn made this entire project a pleasant experience. He was very easy to work with and does an excellent job communicating the status of the pool project. Even with delays, he always kept us in the loop.

This year has been difficult for everyone. Our pool building experience was much more prolonged that we expected, but Blue Haven still completed the job, and Josh kept us informed through all the turmoil. The outcome of our experience is a fantastic pool. The design we chose wound up being not what we had pictured in our heads, but is much better! The construction process suffered as a result of the Covid and supply problems, but BH kept soldiering on throughout(We have friends building with another builder, and they were told to pay more than the contract said or the work would stop!). We ran into problems with our soil and had to run pilings, which was an unexpected cost and time delay, but BH adapted and got us done. While prices of everything skyrocketed and supply issues caused delays, BH honored our contract price and was able to procure and deliver pumps, heaters, remotes, etc on time. We also appreciate the post-build pool service company that we are set up with as they know how the pool was built and are able to answer questions. All in all, Covid caused the process to stretch out far longer than anyone expected, but BH kept working and got us finished with a amazing pool! I also cannot say enough good things about Josh, our builder rep. Even when I was frustrated with the delays caused by Covid, he was always responsive and respectful.
