At the emotionally harrowing time of my father's death, I found Victor knowledgeable, reassuring and competent. He took care of everything and made the experience much less upsetting for me. I feel very fortunate to have had Victor as my guide during this difficult period.

It was a very good experience. I dealt with Victoria, Victor and Paul. All of whom were very sympathetic and professional. This service was very highly recommended to me by the staff at Hospice. My sister's son lives in Georgia, and the staff at Boston Cremation kept them informed at every step of the way. I am a nurse at Hospice and I will recommend this service.

I was delighted to find crematoria available via the internet, so I could avoid going through a funeral home. After speaking with someone from Boston Cremation and one other place, I preferred the person from Boston Cremation, and proceeded to place my order with them. All communications with them were clear, complete, and satisfactory. The delivery of the ashes was on time, as promised. I am completely satisfied with their handling of the cremation.

Boston Cremation handled my brother's sudden passing extremely professionally. From my first contact with Victor and his staff, they sincerely expressed condolences and gracefully walked us through every step. Victor and his staff were always available to answer my questions. My brother served in the Marines and Victor handled all the details for the military honors. As the service took place in MA and most of us were travelling to MA, Victor arranged have a staff member stay late on Friday so that my sister could pick up the remains. I would highly recommend Boston Cremation. They made a difficult time for our family much easier.

The care and concern and service couldn't have been kinder and more patient and prompt than what we received from Victor and his staff for my dad's cremation. My dad at age 94 had lived a long and productive life, but the end is still painful to experience as a family member. After my dad passed away at the Kaplan House, Hospice of the North Shore, I knew we were in caring and competent hands. Thank you so much.

The morning I called Boston Cremation, I had been up all night after the passing of my father. Bottom line - I was a mess. Victor returned my call almost immediately, and was not only very professional and respectful in guiding me through the process, but was also very kind and patient. When I had questions during the process or requested changes, they were attended to promptly and courteously. I will always be grateful to Victor and his team for making a difficult time much easier for me, and I am happy to recommend the services of Boston Cremation.

My son passed at 1:55am. Victor was willing to talk to me over the phone at that hour of the morning to make arrangements for moving my son's body. He showed so much patience and understanding because I was very distraught and in shock. He helped walk me through the online document that needed filling out and through my tears we did it. The communication and guidance about the obituary, death certificates, keepsake options, finding the Eternitree - it's a can that contains the seeds and potting soil for a tree that I can put my sons ashes with and bury him with those seeds. He will return to earth in physical form as part of an oak tree. Victor and his staff are wonderful!! I highly recommend them without reservation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

In these very difficult times for our familiy Victor Buonfiglio and his team were supportive and very friendly whenever we approached them. We live in Europe and everything was organized by Boston Cremation after we had only 2 dicussions on the phone. Further details were solved via email. Our questions were answered immediately and with excellent expertise. We were very grateful for their wonderful assistance.

My experience with your family was exceptional. Victoria is so kind, caring, and well-organized. I was telling her just today how the Buonfiglios have been a part of our family for many years. I am from out of state and after my brother passed away, it was an extremely comforting feeling knowing that he was in good hands with Boston Cremation. Victor went out of his way to ensure that all the arrangements necessary for my brother's cremation were made in a timely fashion, including placing calls on weekends, at odd hours, etc. Thank you Victor and Boston Cremation for making a difficult time a little more comforting.

Victor and his staff were very responsive and compassionate in handling my husband's burial. We were unfamiliar with the process for a cremation related funeral and in a difficult time were grateful that everything went smoothly thanks to Victor's professionalism. We were able to do as much as we wanted on our own (setting up chapel, arranging "celebration of life" service etc.) which we appreciated. Boston Cremation handled securing the Marine honor guard and arranged for the flag ceremony and taps and this was done beautifully and with great respect for my husband and our family. We had decided to use cremation for a variety of reasons including cost and felt that Boston Cremation addressed all our needs during a very difficult time in a most professional and caring way. I would highly recommend them.
