At Bound Insurance, we are independent and represent multiple insurance companies. We have the ability to find products usually not offered by captive insurance agents or direct insurance companies. We represent insurance companies who do not offer their products directly to the consumer (only via agents) and we also represent companies who are “direct” (like Progressive auto insurance) and our price is the same. The difference is that you get the personal attention from our local agency.

I personally had a wonderful experience with Bound Insurance, Carmen Cuevas assisted me, she was very patient with me as being new in this country had to understand the insurance process well. She helped me getting the best rates and was always there to help whenever i called. I would definitely recommend her and Bound Insurance.

I was so lucky to find Carmen at Bound! She was a consummate professional who knew the various companies and types of insurance and was so expert at getting me the policy, with additional provisions, that I needed. Carmen is a true asset of Bound. I wish all of the representatives of companies I deal with are as professional, caring and thoughtful as Carmen.

I was assisted by Lucas who was extremely helpful, thorough, responded to all of my many questions promptly and got my insurance setup really quickly. I was initially very frustrated with my progressive experience- I called the 800 number and spoke with who turned out be the worst insurance agent I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with- but after being referred to a local office, I had a totally different experience dealing with Lucas at Bound insurance who was a tremendous help. Ended up being a great experience and a total lifesaver.
