While I can't say I love going to the dentist, Dr. Bowcutt's dental practice makes it about as painless as it can be. The office is beautiful, managing to be feel both cozy and serene -- all warm wood tones and cream-colored plaster walls, with lots of light from many windows. (When I'm there, I always wish my home was so inviting.) Dr. Bowcutt and his staff are great, genuinely warm and friendly, and many of them have been there longer than the 17 years I have been a patient. I like that they make a note of your preferences so that, for example, you get your favorite toothpaste polish every time you come for a regular checkup and cleaning. So, despite the 16-mile drive from my house, I intend to keep on coming here for my dental needs!

My wife and I have been going here for approximately the last 20 years from the days of Jordan Family Dentistry. The staff was always polite, professional, and courteous. They cared not only about our dental needs but our family as well. We felt welcomed as if we were part of the family. Kevin Bowcutt and his team have carried on that tradition. They care about what they do and their patients are their number one priority. They're professional, polite, accommodating, and always willing to listen. Like before, we're treated like family, which makes each trip worth the visit.

I have been using this service since 1993. Dr Jordan and his staff were always very professional and most importantly extremely caring towards my dental needs. They felt like an extended family. With the retirement of Dr Jordan, I had major concerns about a new doctor and how could there be anyone I would be comfortable with after Dr Jordan. After meeting with Dr Bowcutt, all my concerns were put to rest. His knowledge of current dental practices, his ability to interact positively with patients (my family), and seeing how his staff felt about him let’s me know all my dental needs are in very capable hands.

I have received treatment at this same office for about 23 years. When Dr. Bowcutt took over it was seamless. I appreciate his conservative approach and he takes the time to know your name and make you feel well cared for, which you are. The staff are excellent in all areas. I have referred many friends and family over many years. As a testimony they still use Dr. Bowcutt. I will continue to refer my freinds to Dr. Bowcutt. The dentistry is first rate and all are treated with respect and in a friendly manner.

I'm a big chicken when it comes to going to the dentist, but Dr. Bowcutt and staff couldn't be more warm or gentle and actually make it enjoyable. I've gone 3 times now and both my young daughter and husband go there now too. Even more intense treatments like deep gum cleaning has been very gentle.

I get Quality care every time I go to Bowcutt Dental. They all are so sweet, the whole staff of whom I meet, they all are very special and caring. Doctor Bowcutt has a very kind and considerate spirit, I like him a lot. I also like how they have there waiting room decorated. I am real comfortable every time I visited them. The convenience is also there, they are right on my way to work, no problem getting there and they make out my visits with the times I request. Awesome, I've been going to them for a long time, and will continue to. :)

From the Dental assistance in the front too the back; I have always enjoyed my visit to the dentist. Not only is there quality care, they care about your well being and comfort.I had a nagging tooth ache and I called about the problem and was setup for an appointment to see Dr. Bowcutt the very next morning. One of my crowns were exposing a nerve, which was causing the problem. The problem will be corrected on Friday morning. I would highly recommend this group to any one. They are simply better than most.

I've been going to Bowcutt Dental for 10 years when it used to be Jordan Dentistry. I LOVED Dr. Jordan so when he retired, I was worried about who would take his place. But the moment I met Dr. Bowcutt, I knew I'd be continuing my dental care with him. He's GREAT! The quality of work he does is exceptional and he has a great bedside manner. His office and clinical staff are really nice too - they always make me feel welcome. And they all know I'm a wimp when it comes to getting dental work done. Everyone is super sensitive to my concerns and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Unfortunately I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done and Bowcutt Dental works with my busy schedule to get me appointments where I don't have to take as much time off of work. I can't say enough good things about Bowcutt Dental. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bowcutt and his team - you'll never be looking for another dentist again!

I highly recommend the services of Dr Bowcutt and all his staff! As a very sensitive patient I can vouch for their gentleness and compassion. The appointment scheduling and management system is fantastic and not only have we never waited a minute past the scheduled time; they have accomodated changes when absolutely necessary! Dr Bowcutt has great relationships with other related professionals in the area and the surgery is in a great location near major roads.
