As a person with a huge fear of dentistry, my experiences at Broadway dental have been amazing. Dr. Saba Naghipur and his amazing team worked with me knowing my discomfort and I am finally able to go without an overwhelming sense of dread. Not having any insurance, and finding myself in great discomfort with an accessed tooth, they calmed me down, removed the offending tooth that could not be saved due to advanced decay and encouraged me to come back for further work. I unfortunately had not been for any dental procedures for at least 10 years, so there were other issues that would cause problems if not dealt with in the near future. I wasn't working steadily and not having a reliable income I was reluctant. However, the receptionists at the front would call me every couple of weeks to remind me and check in, until I finally was able financially and psychologically to book a cleaning. I was nervous going in, but after the initial checkup and cleaning they worked out a schedule to accommodate my needs to the best of their ability. We are currently fixing the issues with my teeth as I can afford, doing what needs to be done first and then continuing with the less pressing issues. I just returned from having 5 fillings, some old ones that needed replacing due to decay under the old ones and unfortunately a some new ones. can honestly say my experience was nothing like any of my previous horror stories. Dr. Saba and his team have a great "chairside" manner and put me at ease when I am not, are extremely pleasant and while I may not look forward to the next appointment, I know I'm in good hands. They are also very conscious that not everyone has insurance and will work with their patients to get what they need done fixed. They are extremely accommodating and understanding! I can't recommend this amazing team of caregivers enough. My teeth are thanking all of you, and even though my lips are still frozen from my last procedure I can't stop smiling!

I have been coming to Broadway Dental for over a dozen years. I have always received excellent service. Staff are friendly and always ready to explain clearly things such as treatment options, costs, and dental health related matters. I have no complaints and am glad to continue being a customer of Broadway Dental Centre.

I attended Broadway Dental with a client who was experiencing high anxiety around a procedure he was having done. He ended up leaving a previous appt earlier this year due to this anxiety. I was able to convince him to try again. Dr. Jeal was enormously patient with him, providing clear explanations and encouragement throughout the appointment. David ended up completing the procedure this time and quickly realized it wasn't near as bad as he had thought! Thank you to Dr. Jeal and staff - I was very impressed with the level of patience and understanding you provided to David.
