The staff were super friendly. They explained the visit in detail and how we should care for our child's teeth to keep them healthy

We were using a local children’s dentist chain and every time we were in the office their customer service declined each visit. After following several post on a local moms group on Facebook I decided to call Burleson Pediatric Dentistry. It was really unbelieveable when I called and spoke to Christie to make an appointment how easy and pleasant she made the experience. She was able to quickly get my daughter in for a check up and was even willing to switch her own child’s appointment to accommodate our need to get in before school starts. On the day of the appointment we had a major emergency with our cat. A quick call was made that we would be late and another family member would be bringing my daughter in. We received nothing but reassurance from Amber to take our time and that she would be seen that day. The hygentist (can’t remember her name) and Dr Laborde went above and beyond not only to make my child feel comfortable without me there but offered sweet words to her about our morning. My child has never said I can’t wait to go back to the dentist but that day she did! That’s huge to this mom especially after the start to our day. We will always refer anyone who asks to Burleson Pediatric Dentistry and can definitely say we have found the best dentist out there!

After having a few horrible experiences at other dental offices Burleson Pediatric Dentistry is a life saver! The quality of care that we have experienced here should be the standard everywhere. Dr. Laborde and her staff are amazing! I can’t wait to meet Dr. Walton. Thank you all so much for being so kind and gentle with my daughter!

I was very impressed with my 2 1/2 year old first experience from the front desk staff, dental assistants and to the dentist himself Dr. Walton it couldn’t have gone better. Had a previous dental experience that left my son scared to return to a dentist, but the entire staff at Burleson Pediatric Dentistry was so patient and kind that he didn’t want to leave by the end of our visit. They made sure that my son was also comfortable and informed the whole time and that helped alleviate his fears. The whole office looked like a fun place for kids to be which helped him relax. From the iPad stations to the friendly people that work there, my son and I enjoyed the whole experience.

My daughter is normally very anxious when going to the dentist. She was comforted from the very beginning. Not only were the staff welcoming, but her hygienist and Dr. Laborde was amazing!! They took their time to address my daughters’ concerns and explain every step of the way. In addition to the incredible care, the office has an extremely warm vibe, and super kid-friendly with iPad rooms, fun colors, and actual vending machines for the treasure chest at the end! We are definitely lifers with this dentist and team!

Our experience could not have been any better. The care and kindness from the moment we walked through the door until we left was amazing. They truly made my son feel welcomed and took such great care of him. It was his first experience going to the dentist and I don't think I could have asked for better comfort for him. Every thing was explained perfectly even to him before they did anything. They truly made us feel like we were actual patients and people not just another number. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was so friendly, the dentist immediately made my daughter feel comfortable, and I never felt like we were rushed in and out. They were thorough, professional and competent. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

We have been to several dentists in Burleson over the last 13 years. One bad experience after another made me settle for something I was not happy with. After several more bad visits I decided to try one more place. Burleson pediatric dentistry. I am FINALLY happy, no, THRILLED! The dentist knows more than just about teeth. She was knowledgeable in thumbsucking and nail biting. She had great advice/suggestions. All other dentists had told my child mean things about sucker her thumb. My children love going to this dentist. I am a bit of a germaphobe and try to live as chemical free as possible. The place was immaculate and did NOT smell like heavy cleaning chemicals. We could not possibly be happier. I wish I knew about them when my teenager was little. I will be recommending this dentist to all my friends with kids.

Today was my son's first visit to a dentist. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone was absolutely amazing! Such a sweet and wonderful staff. Everything was explained and shown to my son before they did anything (which was his favorite part because of all the tools). I loved how they take to heart the child's feeling and comfort. They truly do care about the child. We weren't rushed through anything and they took their time explaining everything to me and answering any questions I had. My son walked out of the dentist happy and smiling and so did I. Thank you so much for making his first dentist experience a good one. I'm making an appointment for my daughter next and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist!!

They were incredibly nice and accommodating. My little one had a lot of anxiety and they were so patient and great with her.

Dr. Walton and his staff always make Paige feel comfortable. They are friendly and kind to her and I really appreciate that. Because of her mental disability, Paige tends to be fearful of doctors. Not here. She doesn't even need me to be with her. She always comes out smiling and laughing.

I had a wonderful experience at Burleson Pediatric Dentistry. I have 3 small children (twin 3 year olds and a 5 year old). The kids loved the beautiful office, and they wanted to stay and play on the iPads. Every person that we worked with (Jessica, Miranda, and Dr. Laborde) was friendly and great with kids. The kids never broke down, and are excited to go back! It was such a smooth experience, especially considering that it was my children's first dentist visit. We will be back!

The Burleson Peditric Dentist office staff team was wonderful. My son felt welcome, comfortable, and safe the entire visit. Today my 4 year old daughter had her first experience at Burleson Pediatric Dentistry. I can honestly say it was the best experience we've ever had at a dentist/doctors office! Everyone was so kind and caring and honestly seemed like they truely cared about what I had to say or ask questions about!! We will most definitely be back!!! As well as tell many others about this office!! The staff was so welcoming and made my daughter so comfortable! We left and she said..." Mommy I like that place!" Which made my heart happy!! Best place around hands down!!!!

I was very pleased with my sons first dentist visit. He has been afraid of doctors and doctor offices since having to have surgery at an early age. I was scared for the BOTH of us because I didn't know how he was going to act. I love the fact that I was able to sure my son's fear of doctors before the appointment. It seemed they were ready to calm his nerves and mines too. Our dental assistant was AMAZING!! It has been a struggle to get my 3yr old son to brush his teeth and enjoy it. She was absolutely fantastic with getting my son to allow her to brush his teeth without the dreadful lockdown and hold him. The dentist was also GREAT!! I was very pleased with our first dentist appointment and my son had a great visit something I wasn't expecting at all.

This was our first visit to Burleson Pediatric Dentistry, and it was better than I expected it would be. The staff was professional when dealing with me, and fun and sweet when dealing with my 9 year old. The atmosphere was so cute, definetly geared to kids. Dr. Watson was nice, explained everything well, and made my daughter comfortable. 2 thumbs up!

My children love going to the dentist. The wait time is very short and the staff is kind and welcoming. The dentists, Dr. Walton and Dr. Lombardi are very good about explaining treatment and answering any questions that I have. They are willing to take the extra time necessary to make you feel comfortable.

Have always taking very good care of my children. My children have never felt nervous when it is time to visit the dentist. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and they are always very friendly! I would definitely recommend anybody to take their children to this dental office!!
