We met Grant through Legacy Kitchens for our kitchen reno - but his company has quickly become our "go-to" for all things plumbing! He is extremely helpful and professional, he follows through on all of his timelines, and provides amazing follow-through communication. My husband and I are so grateful for the work and help he has already offered us, and we are so relieved to know we are in capable hands for the rest of our plumbing work. I will definitely be keeping Caledonian's information on hand in case of any other plumbing needs in the future! I don't know much about pricing for plumbing work - but I do know that I trust Grant and his team, and that makes it worth every penny!

We had Grant and his crew install an indoor Gas Heater in our Garage. From the first dealing with Grant on the phone, to in person meeting and installation it was a very comfortable, professional and fun experience. Dealing with Caitlin on setting up the installation, city gas inspection, communication was excellent. The installation by Daniel of Trydan Electrical services of the electrical portion was seemless as he ran the power from inside the house. Work site was clean after the installation. Thank-you

Grant was great at letting me know about the timing his team would be arriving. The team was polite and very professional. They kept me informed of progress when asked and did a great job ensuring everything was fully operational. Cleaned up great and you’d never know they were there. Great experience.

It was New Year's Eve, and our hot water tank went mechanical! Grant came out that night, replaced the tank, and we still made it to our New Year's Eve party! Grant was punctual, professional, and provided excellent value, we will definitely use him again!

I contacted Grant @ Caledonian when the heat went out on a Sunday morning. Grant was able to find and fix the issue quickly. Grant is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When we realized our furnace wasn’t working ,we had no idea where to start to fix it, We called Grant from Caledonian plumbing on a freezing evening in December ,well after regular working hours, he initially took some information over the phone and was at our home within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable of what was happening, confirmed the fault and had it fixed and working again in 30 minutes . The price was great value and he advised us of some ways we could protect our home in the future . Fabulous job , thank you so much and would confidently recommend to anyone .

Caledonian Plumbing has been prompt to respond to our requests. Grant went out of his way at the end of a long day to fix a leaking tap, which enabled us to use our kitchen sink over a long weekend. He is very knowledgeable about anything to do with the mysteries of the plumbing world, and all the ways things can go wrong. We trust his judgement and skill. We also enjoy his personality.
