The staff at Cawthra Dental are well trained, efficient and take care of my dental needs. They are very gentle, and explain what they are doing. They make the experience as comfortable as possible.

Great care for a lifetime

My number one concern is comfort, today Dr. Shabnam did all of that; like a mosquito buzzing around doing her best telling me to raise my left hand should I feel anything and to my surprize when the job was completed my left hand neglected to be moved. I know huge improvements have been made in the dentistry field bu…t application is what’s important to a big chicken as myself. Thank you Dr. Shabnam.

I had a good experience. The staff is friendly and I didn't have to wait once my appointment time came. The direct billing is a big plus for me.

Have been a patient at Cawthra Dental for 30 years. Staff and dentists are always very helpful, professional. I recently had to see the dentist for a broken tooth. I had an appointment the following day with Dr, Ali. Dr. Ali did the repair with care and took the time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do. I left the dental office happy, not an easy feat to accomplish for a dental office!Thank you!

The customer service and experience is beyond exceptional. Every visit is welcomed with a friendly staff who has made us feel like a part of their family. The faculty is extremely professional and warm. The differentiator between Cawthra Dental's practice versus others is definitely the quality of care and service they provide to their patients. My family and I would not trust our dental care with any other practice.

I always have a great experience at Cawthra Dental in all of my years there. From booking my appointment (very flexible times) to the staff (very friendly) to the services (never had an issue). They practice gentle dental care and everyone who works there is a pleasure to deal with.

In 2003 we came to Dr. Charles Balaban on a friend’s recommendation after our dentist of thirty-five years retired. We were blown away with the technology and method of change. No reflection on our past dentist but in comparison it was like having a mosquito navigating around tenderly keeping our mouths healthy. And for my wife that’s ultra-important. The Hygienists are above and beyond. We are no longer ‘white knuckled’ in the chair, advice is always passed on and today I received kudos for keeping up good maintenance. We are both Seniors and pleased to say this is always taken into consideration when paying our bill. (no insurance) Today I left patting myself on the back! Have been with Cawthra Dental for over 30 years as has my wife and three daughters. Their care and diligence to oral health is unsurpassed and very professional. All the staff, from the reception desk to the dental hygenists to the dentists are great! They also take our dental plans for direct payments from the insurance companies which is a great feature and are reasonably priced. I absolutely recommend this excellent dental practice.

Hi Alicia .. Never thought my years with Dr Ballabin would end like this .. Michele admitted a statement to Green shield on my dentures to come ..She put total bottom partial ??? .i have one tooth left she forgot to mention to them ...did not even notice it was there ...lots of info i got today from my Private denture maker ...She also told me she gave extra cost on the form but i would only pay $500.. Okay she never mentioned to me... that no bottom would let me eat any way there are really steel post required to eat in comfort ...that one tooth if it had to be removed in time to come i would have to have a other bottom partial all because of the blunder she did .. I have a new Dentist and a new Denturist now.... ..very sad story i say ..i also believed i was done very wrong by you Alicia never fully explaining about the implant and not given the total cost of that thing ..so that was your mistake but thank God i paid it of ...when it comes to my brain it is working a whole lot better then years back ..i will not be taken advantage of any more by no one ... I do not want a reply by no means Alicia .. We are over and done with .. Regards .. Rose ..
