I was a bit anxious since I was 38 weeks pregnant, but from the beginning, their service and attention made me feel safe and calm, and I could even say it was fun. It's a very clean, professional and friendly place. The people are very warm. Thank you Stephanie, Leslie and Dr. Oh for your excellent work and attention. I hope to see you again! I've been a patient of CCSD for nearly 10 years now. I've moved to other states and currently live in Fulton county but I don't mind making the drive to Gwinnett to see Dr. Oh and the rest of the staff. They've taken great care of me and always make sure I am comfortable with and during procedures and that I'm educated on what's going on with my dental care. I came to CCSD with a fear of dentists but no more. I'm confident that I'll be well taken care of, educated and pain-free regardless of the procedure being performed.

I am very impressed with the quality of care and understanding this office has. I was very comfortable and am usually very nervous. It was a pleasure to meet everyone and to have such a through exam and options given my health issues. I would suggest this office above any others I have been to in my life!! Everyone was helpful, reassuring and professional. even the financial side of the office was very helpful and understanding. thank you for everything!!!

I was totally taken care of here at Center for Cosmetic and Sedation Dentistry. The staff was excellent from DR. RAVIKANTH KALLU doing my surgery, Stephanie scheduling my surgery, Madeline who cleaned my teeth after my surgery. Heather she was the Dental Assistant she was excellent she did her job and more. The front desk was wonderful and made me feel at home. Lastly, Mercedas helped with questions I had too with post surgery.

I've needed *major* dental work (crown-extensions on all 24 teeth including occlusal adjustment) for many years but have put it off, both due to expense and concern about a long drawn-out painful repetitious process. The competent and very patient folks at CCSD have completely allayed my concerns by presenting a plan that accomplishes the entire process in a two month timeframe, with only two "sedation" visits (plus two when the permanent crowns are to be installed) … and they provided a flexible means of payment at a reasonable cost as well. Being an engineer with unending questions, I'm a tough client to deal with. All of the staff have been very patient and accommodating in answering my questions and helping me understand alternatives and procedures ahead of time. Dr Oh and Elena did the prep, research and presentation that made me feel comfortable with the upcoming process. Stephanie coordinated things - and graciously bore the brunt of many of my challenging inquiries. Kudos all around! I haven't yet had the procedure but I'm confident it will go well. After it's done, I'll update this review (if I can figure out how to :). If you need some major dental work done,

Had an appointment with Stephanie to go over an upcoming appointment concerning getting extractions and dentures. She was very helpful and explained how the process worked and what I could expect prior to and afterwards. She was very polite and knowledgeable which put me more at ease. The entire staff that I have came into contact with after three visits have been very nice and professional.

What a great experience! From the first examination visit until now, I have never had so much good "stuff" to say. Everyone that I have met has been exceptional. Great attitudes, lots of smiles and friendly people, not to mention the technology and good old customer service. After the initial intake and examination, they presented a plan for my immediate needs and continued maintenance. We discussed what really needed to be done first and what I could push into next year's insurance coverage. Then of all things, they gave me a copy of the plan. not just, "we will evaluate you on the next visit". I really appreciate that, it is very professional and it helps me with planning deductibles, and my teeth care. Have to say it again, so very professional, and thanks today to Dr. Kallu, Heather and Madeline for all the help and being so friendly while I was going through a lot of work. I can't leave without mentioning Leslie, and Mercades who helped me on my first visits. Awesome job guys.

Going to the dentist is never an enjoyable experience. But the Center for Cosmetic and Sedation turned that on its toes. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a very sweet receptionist, until the moment you leave everyone one is so nice, understanding and non judgemental. I was very lucky to meet Dr.Oh, Ashley, and Stephanie, but I have a feeling you will not go wrong with anyone at this office. They actually made the appointment fun.

My son and I had our first visit today , I must say we were treated very well from check in to check out. Jennifer who checked us in had a great personality she made me feel so welcome we smiled and laughed, then Stephanie was just awesome. I can't say enough . I am a nurse at a doctors office , have been in the top 5 for the state of GA for the past 3 years. Therefore I know its not a easy job pleasing everyone. I must say hats off to this office . You guys are a five star and beyond .

I have a severe anxiety related to dental work, from a terrible experience in the past. Describing this to the Center of Cosmetic and Sedation, their staff was so gentle and kind and understanding. I was taken care of in a way I've never experienced in any medical fashion, as they made sure at every point of care that I understood what was needed, including costs and after care. They're a gift to our local community, allowing those like me to receive dental work without fear and apprehension. Thank you to all the staff for helping me!

Suzan Wilmshurst This was the best dental experience in my 62 years of being alive hands down. The staff was very friendly, but more important competent and professional I was sedated and only remember going to the car, and then I was home work done! Everything I was told came to fruition to the letter. I especially appreciate the doctors candor on what had to be done . He treated me as an intelligent woman and clarified the procedure as well as the future procedures. I have had no surprises and don't expect any. Well done to all!! I had my teeth cleaned on Monday and she did a fantastic job. The best I've had in a while. Today I saw Leslie and had the "Zoom" whitening treatment. I am so pleased with the results! I really wasn't expecting to see so much of a difference. Leslie is very thorough, and an expert at what she does there. She has a delightful personality while attending to all of the details involved in the process and made it a relaxing experience. Thank you again Leslie!!!

My experience was a very pleasant one! From the volunteer DAs who took my patient vitals to the Dental Hygienists who did the treatments on myself and my family members; I was relieved and impressed by the professionalism and the since of care and concern given to us patients. Things were done in a orderly fashion and quickly as well! The overnight wait was well worth it!! Thank you for volunteering your time and services to the needy.
