I am a new patient. Atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Great staff. They all show concern for your comfort and well-being. Most recent visit was for an extraction, implant and bone graft. Procedure went very well with no complications and was pain free. Dr. Scardella and his assistant were very professional and skilled. They constantly asked me how I was doing and pre alerted me to the next steps as they progressed though the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Scardella and his staff based on my initial experiences.

Very glad to find Dr. Scardella. He really listens to my concerns and I feel that I can trust his advice. Everyone on his staff is so professional and caring. I have a lot of work to be done, but I think I’m in good hands now.

I had the most wonderful experience at the center today! After being referred by an excellent source, I decided to make my appointment. I am new to the area and thrilled to no longer have to commute to my old dentist of 15 years now that I have discovered this practice. They welcomed me like an old friend, as though we have spent the last 15 years together. Julie did a phenomenal job with my x rays and cleaning. I am accustomed to an uncomfortable cleaning by a hygienist who seemed to take pleasure in asking if she was hurting me. Julie was gentle and kind and I look forward to seeing her in six months. My exam with the doctor was equally as pleasant! The office is immaculate. On the tour of the office they pointed out the sterilization room which was music to my OCD and germophob ears. The massage room with books was very tidy and welcoming. I am thrilled to have become a part of the center for progressive dentistry and I look forward to many many happy years with them! I FEAR DENTiSTS ! Let's get that out there right up front . I can't watch a movie with a dental scene in it . If I hear a dentist drill I shake with anxiety . When the phone rings on the day of a dentists visit I pray it's the dentist office calling to say the Doctor wants to reschedule . I'd honestly rather face a dentist with a bat than a drill. I'd be much less nervous . I always felt helpless in a dental chair ! I grip the chair like I'm about to fall from a great height . I'm a terrible patient and I know what a baby I am cause I've watched my children and grandchildrens healthy attitudes toward dental care . If your still with me I'd like to tell you why I'm writing this. I found the perfect place for me . If you are hesitant to see a dentist or are afraid like me this just might be the perfect place for you too ! I worked up the courage to call Dr Scardella's office to try to save my teeth. From the first phone call to Kathy (the office manager) she put me at ease listening to me . That was huge to me ! She didn't tell me my feelings were irrational , ,she told me they could help . Then I met Julie the dental hygienist and her kind and professional manner helped immediately but she did something no one had ever done before. She put me in control . She explained that we would proceed at a pace I found comfortable not a rushed timetable. WOW ! She calmly described what would happen next and I kept waiting for pain and discomfort that never came . I was shocked ! The work was extensive due to my neglect but my visit was pain free . Really !!! Next visit was the dreaded dentist . I made the appt: first thing in the morning cause I new I wasn't sleeping the night before. So I'm in the dentist wishing I was anywhere else on earth when in walks Dr Scardella shakes my hand with a warm self assured demeanor that I felt immediately was genuine . I won't get into details but I can tell you the work he did would have sent me running for the hills in the past but the entire experience was pain free. Honestly , pain free ! He led me patiently and respectfully through the entire process and never once made me feel shame over my very real fear. I can't believe I'm writing this because I like to pretend I hate social media . I'm not a joiner , I don't belong to any groups or clubs but I wish someone had told me about the Center for Progressive Dentistry sooner and if you are like me and you need dental help don't wait any longer . Five Stars!!!! Thankfully I have found a dentist I trust! Dr. Scardella is very patient, kind and has a Very gentle touch. I haven't had to have any nitrous oxide for the last 2 procedures! Kathy, Stevie and Julie are fantastic too! If you are looking for a dentist try Dr. Scardella you won't be disappointed!

Having poor genetics in the teeth department I have struggled for years to keep my teeth in the best possible shape. Dr. Scardella has made this possible for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I found Dr Scardella to be extremly professional and thorough in his practice. I think he is very easy to talk to and not only understands my needs but explains procedures very well. I was always comfortable being in his office and the staff is very friendly and professional which is what I look for . I would recommend him to everyone!!
