I was very satisfied with the new floor I got from Champion. Sean, the Crew Leader was awesome. He communicated very well and I knew exactly when things were going to be completed. We are extremely pleased with our new flooring from Champion! Chris was very helpful in explaining the different types of flooring options in our price range. It is absolutely beautiful, and makes our living room seem bigger, brighter and homier. Everyone that comes in now complements how beautiful it is. Sean, the installer, was fantastic! He was very professional, friendly...and our dogs loved him! We would definitely recommend Champion to anyone looking for new flooring, and we will definitely be using Champion when we need new flooring again for other rooms!

We usually get three bids from any company before choosing one that will work for us. We decided that Champion Floor Co. was easy to work with thanks to Marc our salesperson who was very patient and attentive. No pressure involved. Once we decided on the floor type and color the rest was easy. Thanks to Sean, our installer, who did a great job on installation from prep to cleanup. Also appreciated the friendliness of the office personnel.

Excellent job, throughout! Carpet was laid beautifully by Jim, our installer. His commitment to quality is worth noting. He’s a craftsman, no doubt. And leads his team with the the same emphasis on quality. Altogether, a great experience! Kudos to Chris and Kristen (our Champion reps) for their PATIENCE and guidance. We exemplify the whole “dragging our heals” thing and they both were there for us while we bounced in and out of our decision making. Thanks guys (the whole team), we couldn’t be happier! Our original hard wood floors had not been touched in 25+ years. We had them sanded and stained over 3 days. The process was easy and the technicians were very knowledgeable. We picked our stain color on site and so we knew it was perfect before it was applied to the floors.

We are very happy with our new flooring, vinyl luxury planking and Dixie Home carpeting. We are very happy with the sales staff and with the installation. One minor concern is that we wish the installers had worn masks (due to Covid concerns).

First of all, Chris was our salesperson. He is so easy to work with because he reallly cares about you and that is so critical. Then Sean came to do the actual work. He is an excellent craftsman. Unusually good service starting with the cost estimate to the refinishing of our floors. Professional service all round. Very little dust generated when stripping old finish, and odor of final finish kept to a minimum. I would highly recommend this company!

Our flooring project was a total-house project that included installation of two rooms of Brazilian cherry hardwood, installation of laminate in the finished portion of the lower level, and refinishing of approximately 3,300 square feet of Brazilian cherry hardwood on the first floor. The scale of the project would have been overwhelming without the expertise and professionalism of Champion. We rate every aspect of our experience with Champion Flooring 5-Stars because of the: 1. Consultation services that were provided as we began the decision-making process. All of the options were presented to us. 2. Patience extended to us as we made our decisions. 3. Prompt response to request for a bid. Ralph came and was straight forward no bait and switch, one price given Workman came on time, were tidy and almost no dust from sanding. They moved furniture with our guidance and replaced it the same. Quality of Work - the floors are beautiful. The color and graining are excellent. Staff helped us with decisions on colors and finishes. had suggestions after they asked about what we wanted. Project was finished on time. Champion’s bid was in line with other providers. I highly recommend Cahmpion Floor for any flooring needs. Ralph and his team were great and enjoyable to work with. Ralph (owner of company) went out of his way to find us wood flooring that would match as closely as possible to what was already installed in the home we had just purchased. From the moment that Ralph (the estimator) came to my home to bid the work, to the finished job, I have been totally impressed and so happy with the whole experience. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful and stayed in touch with me throughout the project. The 3 men that came to pull up carpeting, sand and refinish my floors, were so knowledgeable and “excellent artists” that took pride in their finished work. They always made sure that I was satisfied with their work. I am so happy with the final results. Met Ralph at my house and went over a plan to refinish my hardwood floors. He was very informative and helpful thru the whole process. He lined out the work to be done while we were out of town for a week on vacation. We met with the installation guys to pick our color selection the Friday before we left. Arriving Home we found the floors to be complete and beautiful. Work was finished as promised very professional job. Very pleased with Champion Floors. From start to finish our experience with Champion Floor Company has been delightful. Having never undertaken a project of this magnitude (new hardwood on our entire first floor including a refresh of existing kitchen hardwood), from Ralph's first visit to our home to explain the hardwood installation process, to materials delivery, through several chats with the customer service staff, and especially during the install, stain and poly protection process: We experienced EXCELLENT customer service and FABULOUS results. Any question or concern I had along the way was addressed patiently and immediately. I cannot say enough about the talent of the gentlemen who came to do the stain and poly process. Juso and his team are amazing. We have already contracted with Champion for our next flooring project and look forward to meeting more of their team! The previous owners of the house had put a thick, shiny substance on the hardwood floor when putting the house on market. It was far from an improvement! The floors were very slick and no amount of cleaning could remedy the problem. Sanding was the only solution. These floors were in dire need of a miracle. Scratched, blotchy, slick. They now look like perfect, new floors. The dust "eater" was well worth the money. Virtually no dust at all, and this is the major complaint with my friends who have had their floors sanded by other companies. They could not get rid of all of it for years. Appointments were made on time, and the experience was better than we could have hoped with such a large project.

Champion Floor has sanded and stained our floors twice over the last two decades. Both times, they have been terrific with customer service and with the finished product. The other bids that came in were $1,000 more, yet we feel like we got a great product and saved money. Win, win! We will be calling Champion Flooring again when the time comes. The workers were VERY easy to work with, and very courteous. The kitchen area and patch beyond the kitchen turned out perfectly. The basement area boards they refinished were done nicely, but the color turned out to be lighter than the rest of the floor. I would use Champion Floors again and recommend them to friends.

This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Chris, our consultant, was extremely knowledgeable about our options. He patiently walked me through the best choices for our home and was extremely pleasant to work with - he told me he loves his job, and it really shows. The scheduler was attentive and kept us informed at every step. And the installation team arrived on time, was respectful of our home, did a great installation job, and cleaned up before they left. We even had to have follow-up work done by a carpenter because our new carpet was so plush and lovely that our doors wouldn't fit properly - Champion sent someone the next day to remedy this, at no charge. Champion went above and beyond, and I suspect this is the level of professionalism that they deliver to all their customers. We couldn't be happier, and we wouldn't dream of working with anyone else.

This was the third time we used Champion to install hardwood flooring in our home, obviously we were & are pleased with their work as we continue to use the company.. I appreciated the office staff setting up the schedule,always with a cheerful attitude. I appreciated the team arriving when they said they would.
