The quality of care is great. The staff was very friendly. I had not been to a dentist in a long time, and my teeth were in bad shape, and I was embarrassed for the staff to look at my mouth, but after talking with the dentist and staff, I was happy that I chose this office.

I was experiencing a trouble tooth ache over Christmas and Nee Years , with my dentist and staff closed . Armed with only an over the counter light killer I was suffering through the days until I could get into the office for a root cannel.I called Dr Nguyen office and got a recording for emergency concerns . The receptionist Nena understood my need and sent me two Doctors that could take people who had emergency cases. I made it through the holidays ,and called the office for an appointment. The office got me in for the root cannel ASAP . The kindness of the staff , and concern for my pain mase me grateful I choose the right doctor and staff to care for my needs . My sister was a dental hygienist for years and she said Dr. Nguyen does the nicest work of all the dentist she has worked for. If Dr. Nguyen says you need a filling replaced, a crown, etc. you can be guaranteed that you need it. I have had a crown from her and she spent so much time with me on the crown until she was perfectly satisfied that everything was perfect! It was a good feeling. She is open and honest towards what needs to be done, cost, time line, or if she just needs to follow the tooth for now. Both she and her staff are very friendly. I have received messages when I am due to be checked so I don’t have to keep track as her staff does that for me. She takes all the necessary pro-causations as far as to what medicines I take and makes sure I am pre medicated since I have had a heart attack. Again this is a good feeling that I am receiving the best of care. I do not know of another dentist that goes above and beyond in their work as she does! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting or needing a dentist.

I left Dr. Nguyen many years ago and recently returned. The first visit, I had my teeth cleaned and it was the best cleaning I have had in many years. I also go every 3 months and have been for many years. This last visit, I had extensive work done by Dr. Nguyen and her assitant. They were wonderful, highly professional and very very caring as to my comfort. I am so happy that I chose to return and Dr. Nguyen chose to accept me back. thank you. I appreciated my total experience with you, except that I was first to enter the office yet taken last after two people came in after me. Every one was pleasant, kind and patient. I thought Dr Nguyen was intense, direct, and pleasant at the same time. I know I need my teeth need to be corrected, I just have to figure out the financial part. I will recommend you, refer you, I just need time.
