Dr. Gill was super friendly and made the experience of pulling my wisdom teeth a less painful one. The procedure didn't take that long and I would recommend Dr. Gill to anyone. He's a great dentist!

City Dental on Yonge is a great place because of how welcoming everyone is and that has made me feel very comfortable at the dentist. The service is excellent as well. They communicate in a way that puts you at ease, it's almost like you're amongst friends. I ordered a night guard and it arrived extremely quick and Dr Gill explained and took his time explaining everything I needed to know. Fantastic service overall

The Quality of Care was on point. The staff in general were very friendly at the same time very professional. Each procedure was well explained to me before being carried out. Comfort, very comforting environment, the television screen on the ceiling was a plus to me lol. The dental hygienist made the patient very comfortable during the whole procedure. Service, city dental is equipped with modern equipment and again very friendly staff.

All the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. It seemed like that they care for the patients and interested in their well being. The service was prompt. I had a dental bonding done and the dentist did a great job!

I wish City Dental could serve the whole city; they were excellent. The reception staff were helpful, knowledgeable and funny. Wait times were non-existent, the office was squeaky-clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Dr. Gill and his assistant are very accommodating, keep you informed every step of the way, and provide efficient and effective service at great prices. Top-notch clinic.

I had a wonderful experience at City Dental. Today was my second appointment at the Yonge Street location. The dentist was happy to answer all of my questions and provide additional guidance for teeth maintenance and care, even though I had only booked an Assessment visit (which was free!). I have had no problems with the scheduling or cancelling of appointments with the staff, and I would be happy to refer any of my friends or family to City Dental.

My first visit at City Dental was an emergency. I was experiencing a lot of pain. I went to a doctor beforehand where I was given antibiotic and painkiller medications. Dr. Gill examined and did an x ray and told me I needed a root canal procedure. He was very caring and considerate in regards to the pain I was experiencing. Rather than going through with the procedure that same day, which I was all for because I wanted it to be done and over with already, he instead assured me that I would be in a lot more pain during the procedure because it was so enflamed. He recommended I went home and took my prescribed pills religiously until the swelling and pain had reduced. I came back the week after and he did the root canal procedure. He is very knowledgable and careful and most importantly caring towards his clients. From that day I decided he was dentist. Thank you Dr.Gill

Dr. Gill and the entire team at City Dental were professional and caring. The work was done with precision and constant monitoring of patient comfort. The newest technology was used for imaging and explanations of any dental work that needed to be completed. Now it's not so dreadful going to the dentist!

Dr. Gill and his staff are outstanding! Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and make you feel at ease. Dr. Gill is extremely knowledgeable and is excellent at calming my fears and addressing any of my concerns. He is patient and takes his time in explaining any issue and making it very easy to understand. I felt very comfortable by the end of the visit and felt like I had been going there for years! I would highly recommend City Dental and Dr. Gill for anyone who is looking for a great dental experience.

Visiting the dentist is something someone never wants to do. Thankfully, there are clinics like City Dental out there that make that make the experience of getting your teeth fixed almost bearable. All the staff, but especially Dr Gill, are consummate professionals. They do their best to ensure that you're comfortable while undergoing any procedure and they offer a friendly joke and smile whenever they can. The clinic is also bright, warm and welcoming. Moreover, compared to other clinics in the city, the cost of having a procedure done at City Dental is more than reasonable. Add to that its prime location—it's about a five minute walk from College station to City Dental—and you have one of the best dental clinics in Toronto.

THANK YOU for eliminating my fear of going to the dentist. Right from the start I felt like I could explain all my own personal apprehensions and that you and your staff would actually listen and take note. I have been raving to everyone about what an incredible experience I have had at your office. I think my husband will be transferring to you for his next visit. It really is all the little things - being able to rinse at various times throughout the visit (instead of waiting to the end and choking on gels or pastes the whole time), explaining every procedure before starting (no matter how small), being aware of the patient experience as a whole and understanding what it's like to BE a patient too (and not just looking at me as a set of teeth that need fixing), the overall non-judgmental attitude that you and your staff have (even though my teeth are in such a state!). I am so happy and relieved that I found City Dental and that it's such a great team of people working there who really seem to care about taking care of their patients. Please never retire. LOL!

One of the best dentist I've ever came across. Dr Gill is a down to earth person and really care about his patient. His staff is great and they make you feel at home. Regarding the quality of the service, I haveto say that These guys know what they are doing. I am satisfied after more than 3 consultations and I will continue to go there for my dental care. You should as well !!!

I'm extremely satisfied with my experience with Dr.Gill and his staff at City Dental on Yonge. Dr.Gill has an excellent chair side manner and is all about options. He has up to date equipment and together we weigh the pros and cons of each possible approach and outcome. It turned out I had a cavity beneath an old filing and it was so far gone that I needed a root canal which I was terrified of and dreaded. Well I couldn't have been in better hands, Dr.Gill was both thorough, gentle and efficient in performing the root canal and made my tooth pain go away. After a few necessary visits, I now have a crown covering the tooth that troubled me and he did such a good job, my tooth looks like new. His pricing is very reasonable and the entire staff is very friendly and attentive. He will definitely be my regular dentist for years to come. I would recommend him to anybody looking for someone they can trust to be forthcoming and competent.

not having seen a dentist in 4 years due to a band experience my leap of faith with the city dental on Yonge has been a blessing. Friendly,respectful and knowledgeable staff have made my visits painless. My teeth are in good hands and more importantly I trust my dentist Dr. Gill I have refferred many friends who have not been disappointed with with his refreshing approach to customer service and professional consults.
