We were introduced to Clear Pool Solutions through our warranty company . Josh was on the job quickly diagnosing the problem and Amelia was quick as well scheduling the service and repair . Everyone was extremely friendly and I could not have had better service . Thank you Clear Pool Solutions .

A breath of fresh air-this is what customers wish for when hiring a service company to perform technical work. First of all, I want to thank Josh for his "outstanding" service at our home. My wife and I felt totally comfortable and confident that we picked the right company to perform pool maintenance at our home. Frankly, it's been a long time since I've experienced such integrity, communication and knowledge from a company representative. We plan on using Clear Pool Solutions from now on! Trust and Confidence was provided by the Clear Pool Solutions representatives. The CPS employees I dealt with were Seth and Derek. I had very little or no experience in the type of pool problem I was facing. My warranty company also had little knowledge of what my problem entailed and provided two of their approved Pool Repair companies to contact. One of these companies appeared to have little interest or knowledge of how to handle my problem and just recommended they come out and 'take a look'. However, Seth of Clear Pool immediately showed interest and concern of my problem, asked many questions and determined that my problem could be solved within the scope of my Home Warranty policy. Seth contacted my warranty company and cleared the way for fixing my pool problem. Derek, CPS repairman appeared on time and quickly and accurately analyzed and corrected my pool problem. Derek also provided valuable information about the operation of my pool system and patiently answered my many questions. I was totally satisfied when the job was completed. In summary, not only did Seth and Derek of Clear Pool Solutions provide outstanding Quality of Service, Responsiveness and Value, they instilled Trust and Confidence in their company. I would highly recommend Clear Pool Solutions to other pool owners.

Pool technician was prompt and friendly. He was competent in repairing the pool filter. Parts needed were readily available. Repaired filter was checked for proper working order before leaving. Well done!!!

Clear Pool Solutions did an outstanding job working with our Home Warranty company to fix out motor and backwash valve. Josh, the contractor, explained things very well and was very personable. He let me know what was needed and that he had to return when he didn't have the parts on the truck. Was very polite and apologetic. He and the company did an outstanding job of getting my poll back up and running.

My husband & I are very happy with the recent service performed buy Clear Pool Solutions. Our "normal" pool service company was sold at the end of 2016 & taken over by another Valley company. They came weekly and did their job adequately. About three weeks ago they informed us our filter & pump need a lot of attention & replacement was advised. We received a $1600 quote for a replacement filter. Doing our homework before a rather large expense, we contacted Clear Pool Solutions and asked them to come take a look. They asked what was wrong and we showed them the quote we received, our issues were explained on the quote. $125 later our pool pump & filter is repaired. We have switched weekly care to Clear Pool Solutions and although they are new to us we feel confident their weekly service will match their honesty & efficient repair service. They could have easily said, yeah, you need a new filter and undercut the quote to get our business, but they were honest and replaced the plastic pump dome cap (which was cracked and water leaked thru it) and subsequently earned our business. Thank you, Clear Pool Solutions, your honesty is refreshing and very much appreciated.

The Technician, Chris was excellent, called before arrival - on time, fast, professional.. explained the work, what was and wasn't working... very satisfied. Signed up for weekly service, hope that work is as good as the work performed by Chris. Recommend this company. John Hardin

I received a courtesy call about 20 minutes ahead of time, had great interactions and explanations of everything from Michael and his partner, and received prompt and courteous service. They didn't try to oversell on anything, but pointed out a few things to keep an eye out for in the future. I really appreciated their time and will look forward to having them come again.
