I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences at Columbia Healthy Smiles. The staff is always very courteous and professional. I have been a patient of both Dr. Batson. Dr. Phil and his father have both been very professional and genuinely care about by dental health.

5 stars +. As I sit in the chair waiting I hear laughter and from entering the office I see smiles. They relax you, they listen to you and they make the dreaded visit to the dentist seem not like a visit to the dentist. I have never had to wait; they are always on time. I have had bad dentL e Petrie news in the past but I have found the place that puts me at ease. The office staff project a professional attitude but also a family atmosphere. Cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Batson and his staff!

Quick, easy, quality dental care. Been with them since 90's and nothing but good things to say. I'd recommend Columbia Healthy Smiles to anyone.

Dr. Batson and staff were professional and caring. From the moment I arrived and was greeted, I felt more like a friend than a patient. The wait was minimal and the waiting room was comfortable and well-appointed. Prior to and during the procedure, Dr. Batson and staff explained what they were preparing to do and asked if I had questions. Throughout the appointment, all were concerned with making sure I understood procedures and was experiencing the least amount of pain and discomfort. And, they were successful; no pain and no discomfort. I commend, and recommend to anyone, Dr. Batson and staff for excellent dental care.

I grew up fearful of dentists because I had such a "gruff" one as a child. We have been patients at the Batson office since 1990 - Ben was an outstanding dentist and Philip is definitely continuing the legacy. Never once have I been "afraid" and the attitudes of ALL who work there are kind, caring, and even mixed with just the right amount of humor - ALWAYS a plus! The entire practice is filled with people who are efficient, thorough, and honestly "fun" to be around. The care provided by Dr. Batson and his team is second to none.

I always enjoy going to Columbia Helathy Smiles. Dr. Batson and his staff are like family. They are very friendly and easy to chat with and exchange family stories. That being said I also want to comment that Dr. Batson does an excellent job on my teeth. I trust him and his staff. Rita

Pleasant and informative

Dr. Batson and his staff have always made me feel comfortable with the quality of care that I get in his office. I love having my teeth cleaned, wish I could go every month, and you can bet I will be going to see Dr. Batson and staff.

Dr. Batson and his entire staff are caring and very professional. I have had a crown as well as some repair on a chipped tooth and was more than satisfied. Pain free and results are excellent. I always leave with a better smile!

I always have a good experience with Columbia Healthy Smiles. Recently had a new crown, One of my lower teeth was hitting the new crown. I called Dr. Batson and was told to come right over. He fixed the problem! My mouth feels so much better now. Thank you

I had a positive experience from beginning to end for my dental appointment. It began prior to the appointment when my antibiotic prescription was called to the pharmacy. I was reminded by phone of the date and time of my visit and instructions on the medication I was to take one hour prior to appointment. The staff was professional, courteous and helpful at check in, during the exam and at check out.

Dr. Batson and the staff at Columbia Healthy Smiles are outstanding. They take a personal interest in me as a patient, and provide quality care. I highly recommend them.
