Dr. Cost truly cares about his patients. I could tell by the way he was talking to me. I'm so excited to see the outcome of my smile.

I'll start with saying I have the typical fear of having dental work done. The office and staff provide a very calming atmosphere. Doctor Cost is very understanding and takes his time with you. I have given him some real challenges due to neglect, because of my anxiety of the dentists office. They have all taken really good care of me. Glad I found them, and you will be too.

Appointments are quick. Only spent an hour there for my 6 month cleaning today. The care is unique to each person. They pay close attention to details and give you options for your care. It is about a mile or less from my house so that makes it convenient as for location.

I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Cost. We have went to a bigger dentist in Greenville and we were tired of the drive and traffic. And sometimes having to wait several weeks before getting an appointment. I called and had an appointment within a week. I was very impressed and pleased with the evinorment. If you are looking for a hometown dentist to go to I highly recommend them. And when we were leaving my son told me he really liked them also.

I have always loved coming to Conf. Smiles of Laurens. The whole team there is wonderful there. I look forward to getting my teeth fixed and being pain free. We have looked at many options and they have been wonderful and understanding. During the time I needed to be with my dad, they were understanding as well and very sweet. Thanks so much, Jennifer

I had the best experience with Dr.Cost an his staff all of my needs were met an they cared about me as a patient l had so much anxiety an Dr.Cost really easy my mind with every question I had Dr.Cost an his staff made my experience the best one yet I recommend this office to any an everyone!!

The staff is very friendly and personable. Our hygienist is always easy to talk to and explains things in a way we understand. The dentist is very nice and friendly. They always make us feel welcome.

From partial to implants in about two years. From the medical staff at dentist office to the surgeon to the digital staff that made this process possible. The inspiration of Mrs Sherry speeching each and every time that I had to visit the dentist office whether she was cleaning my teeth or just stopping by to say hello. She was the one that inspired me to get an implant because she said they were better than partial. With the implants I will not have worry about forgetting my partial when I travel out of town or I don’t have to worry the nursing home staff trying to put the wrong partial in for me to enjoy a steak. The front desk staff were just as friendly but all businesses like people. It was very hard for me make them smile at times. Crystal and Jerry were very helpful in getting my insurance over payments corrected. During my total process I had a chance to meet with great surgeons and their staff. I had a chance to talk Romero the digital staff that let me know about the imaging technology that is used in today dentistry. As of today I have not experienced any problems yet and would highly recommend implants over partial to anyone that is considering replacing missing teeth due old age or some other causes.

The staff at Confident Smiles of Laurens are so personable, caring, and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone and expect they would get the same treatment. Keep up the GREAT work guys. Keely and kids

Very nice staff, talked you through everything that they where going to do, allowed me to ask questions, very concerned about your teeth,even opened the doors for me and my hole family,the wait wasn't long at all!!! I've finally found my "forever dentist," Dr. Nicholas Cost of Confident Smiles in Laurens, SC. His office is clean and pleasing to the eye. His staff are all friendly and efficient. Great scheduling I had practically no wait time at all. His hygienist, Shari, is not only knowledgeable but also empathetic and compassionate. Dr. Cost himself is "on top of his game" in his knowledge and experience. He is up-to-date with advanced high-tech equipment and the latest procedures. Most important to me is that I feel he really cares about his patients and I'm now part of his 'family.' My teeth are in very bad shape today, but I feel positive about the future for them. I know I am in good hands. Thank you, Dr. Cost.

I had a very good experience during my last visit. The entire staff were friendly and welcoming and my hygientist did a great job!

Dr.Cost is Great! He's good with kids as well! He takes time to sit and talk with you about what's going on and explains things to your understanding! He gives you time to ask questions as well! His staff is always do friendly and always smiling! Makes you feel very welcome! I would recommend him!

Awesome. Best dentist I've ever been to. From the moment you walk in until you walk out, you know you're going to get the best care possible. Friendly staff who have always remembered my name and looked out for my health from day one. I'd definitely recommend.

The staff at Confident Smiles were absolutely amazing. This was my first time taking my daughter to the dentist and both of us were nervous. I knew if it didn't go good she wouldn't want to go back ever again or at least not without a fight first. They let her ask questions and see everything they were using. She loved how they treated her. She told me while we were still in the room that she wasn't scared anymore and she liked this place! Thank you all for making this a friendly and great first experience for my daughter!!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Five stars isn't enough to rate this dental practice, because I would definitely score higher. I am new to this office, and have been extremely pleased with every aspect of them. The staff is extremely courteous, more so than I have ever encountered. Dr Cost thoroughly explains all the treatments you will undergo, and carries them out painlessly. I would definitely recommend, and encourage Confident Smiles of Lauren for all your dental care.
