The staff at Confidental were awesome. The entire process from when I first arrived to when I left the office was amazing. The staff always check to make sure you are comfortable and never leave you feeling alone. The answered all my questions, and seem to care about my concerns.

I had a very good experience this morning with my dentist he and his staff were efficient and made me feel at ease. My procedure went well and we were able to discuss some concerns that will need to be addressed. I was quite relaxed during my time in the chair and enjoyed listening to the music that was being played.

I was very impressed both with the hygienist, Erin (whom I saw for the first time), and Dr Tammie Cheung (also first time). They were both very thorough, friendly and helpful, and I felt I had their full attention and involvement while going through various issues. My previous experiences with Joan and Dr. Kowalchuk were excellent, and so I'm now confident that I can get the best care regardless of whom I end up seeing. Thanks!

My concerns we looked at and dealt with in a very expedient and caring manner. Very happy with the adjustment made to my tooth.
