So, our 30 year old furnace finally got red tagged. Tim Lockler, who has been helping us with honest and fair service for the 12 years we've owned our Apple Valley home was clear in his explanation as to the current situtation, and referred us to Controlled Air as an option for furnace replacement. He explained his affiliation with Controlled Air up front, and told me that their rep Jake would provide us with a thorough, low-pressure sales estimate. Jake was excellent. He took the time to walk me through everything, and offered to come back for a second visit should my wife, who was at work at the time, have follow-up questions. After comparing other estimates Controlled Air was the obvious choice. They were within 5 percent of competing estimates, in some cases higher and in other cases lower, but it was the quality of pre-sale service and Jake's visit that helped make the decision to go with Controlled Air. The after-sale service was just as solid, and all of my questions were promptly and personally responded to. Finally, the quality of the installation itself was superb. Everything was clean and tidy, and the final set of paperwork including the rebate forms was very well laid out. Should you find yourself doing business with Controlled Air or Tim Lockler, you will be in good hands.

I could not be happier with my new Trane furnace. I noticed an immediate difference in the warmth of my home. The quote and installation could not have been more professional. The quote was done by an engineer problem solving my cold basement family room. The installers noted problems with old A/C wiring and a roof cap no longer in code and replaced these. The team's quality was superb and I felt that they had me, the homeowner's best interest, at heart. I highly recommend them.

Work was done carefully and quickly. Care was taken while walking through house. Cleanup of furnace room was excellent. Everything left in good working order. Installers very pleasant.
