Dr. Cribbs and her staff provide comprehensive, excellent quality, compassionate care. They use the most up-to-date technology, but still have reasonable pricing. Dr. Cribbs is a perfectionist - so you can feel confident that the work they do is first rate. I am extremely pleased with the dental care I have received at TLC, and I can recommend this practice with no reservation.

The office is so conveniently located that it is almost a breeze to get there. The personnel, from Dr. Cribbs herself to the receptionist, Ingrid, welcome you, ask about how you are doing and care about your comfort and well being. How do I feel about my treatment at Dr. Cribbs shop? I feel great! I feel that any concern I have will be understood, appreciated and dealt with appropriately. Any questions I have asked have been answered. My time is respected here, unlike some other dental practices in my experience. I will spare you details. Similarly, everyone I have dealt with here has been competent. well trained, polite and friendly. No one goes to the dentist for fun but these folks will take care of you.

Who likes going to the dentist? I know I don't but I lucked out finding Dr. Terrie Cribbs Dental Care. Most gentle dentist I've ever had which was surprising. Keep your teeth healthy today, follow her advice and you'll save $$ in the future. I only wish I had realized this 20 years ago.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cribbs for well over 10 years now and still enjoy the friendly faces and personal attention I get on every visit! Dr. Cribbs is even able to handle my wife's needs and she is a bigtime "dental-phobe". You just can't go wrong bringing your smile to Terri and her staff!

Dr. Cribbs is a GREAT dentist! She's always positive and makes things fun, not really what you expect while sitting in a dental chair! Also I can honestly say that she has never hurt me. Not once. And she"s done several crowns for me. Another big plus is that the soreness that sometimes lingers after major dental work has never plagued me while she has been my dentist. She is always honest and up front about what she's doing and why. My mouth looks great. My teeth are in great shape. I couldn't be happier.

The above 3 are also very important to me. I came in for a hygiene appt. Also was due for bite wings which I had done. With the new lazer tool you have to check a tooth for fractures or decay I was wondering wouldn't that tool also work in place of the BW xrays? I was a bit surprised when my bill was higher than it had been in the past. I realize that with new technology there are always cost increases. Needless to say, I like your professional staff and your craftmanship. Yes, Dr C. you are very meticulous and a perfectionist. If most of my friends didn't have dentures I'd be sending them to you. I've been going to Dr. Cribbs for a few years now and each time have received great care from friendly people. From the receptionist to the hygienists, and of course Dr. Cribbs herself, everyone I've dealt with there has always been pleasant and courteous. Dr. Cribbs was able to help me get a custom retainer made to replace an older damaged one. I like the convenient location right on Kingston Pike and the early hours they offer since I work from 8-5. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cribbs to anyone looking for a dentist in the Knoxville area.

As usual my dental appointment today was exceptional. I feel totally confident in Dr Cribbs and her very qualified staff. It was great to meet Carla for the first time. She is very gentle and very thorough. I know she will be an asset to a terrific dental practice. And I will continue to refer friends and co-workers to a group of caring and friendly people!
