Had a great experience! The crossings dental office is very nice, both in it’s facility’s but also it’s welcoming staff. Will be coming back. My dental hygienist was very skilled and delightful to be around. Thanks crossings dental!

I have been going to Crossings Dental since November 2020 for quite a bit of work. Every time I came in for an appointment the staff was always cheery and greeted me right away. I find all the staff very professional and lovely to work with. They always asked if there was anything more that I needed to be more comfortable. This office really does take the time to show their patients that they care by doing phone fallow ups and being really quick about getting me in when needed. I would definitely recommend them to people in need of dental care.

This is a brand new beautiful dental clinic in west Lethbridge! Great location and lots of parking with lots of local shopping near by!! The office is clean and bright and staff are polite and knowledgeable. They offer payment options and explain your health care benefits that are available to you. Sitting in the gentle massage chair makes you forget you are at a dental appointment! High end state of the art tools and equipment make your appointment comfortable and pleasant. I would highly recommend Crossings Dental for your next dental appointment.

(For some reason, I'm having trouble posting onto google. I still wanted to send in my review and if you are able to post on my behalf, I am more than okay with that!) I couldn't be happier with my experience at Crossings Dental. From the moment I came in for my first appointment, I was immediately struck by the welcoming staff and atmosphere. At the time, I was overdue for a checkup, but my dental hygienist was nothing but kind as she walked me through the process. She took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my teeth without judgement, which lead me to become truly invested in maintaining a healthy smile. I have since recommended Crossings to all of my friends and went on to complete the Invisalign treatment with them. I have never been happier or more confident with my smile, and I would like to send a sincere thank you to everyone there for making it happen.

Everyone was very comforting, and caring. They knew I was anxious and they made me feel so much better. The dentist assistant was awesome! She explained everything they were doing, and the dentist himself was very understanding and also explained everything. Honestly it was jus awesome experience all around! I would suggest going here!
