I have been a patient with this practice since I was a child and now, as a parent, I bring my whole family. My boys love going and never complain about their visits. The staff are all very friendly and go the extra mile to make sure your appointment meets your schedule. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

My experiences @ Dr. crouch family dentistry has been amazing. From the initial scheduling of taking on a new patient to the friendliness of the entire staff. Adrienne was very detail orientated and extremely friendly with booking appointments, recommending a referral and payment options. My first 1st appointment with Michelle was extraordinary with cleaning my teeth. She explained everything and I could feel the detail and compassion in her work. Dr. Crouch was thorough and explained all of the care I needed in the order of importance and finances. There was a letter written out thanking me for my first visit and made me feel so comfortable. I had to get a root canal and come back for my crown. In the midst of having my temporary crown, it fell off while @ work. This was the Saturday of 4th of July weekend. I called Dr. Crouch and he responded so quickly with solutions and options. He was willing to schedule my needs and was extremely professional. With his recommendations I was able to save the crown until my next appointment. The appointment went well and Cindy was very gentle and professional. This practice has the perfect feel of a down home vibe with up to date technology that makes this the best dentist I've ever had. Plus I was extremely impressed with the crown I received and the follow up. I recommend this office to anyone that would like top notch service with a family feel. Dr Crouch and his staff are wonderful caring individuals that really care about your needs making you feel like you are part of their family. I really enjoy the reminder call as well which helps me with my busy schedule.
