Best experience ever at a dentist office. The entire office staff is so nice and professional. While you are getting your services done, Dr. Matt is constantly asking "Are you ok", which is very reassuring - the quality of care is just exceptional and if its possible for you to feel comfortable at a dentist, then Dayspring Dental is definitely that place.

Dr. Kathy Bickel was great very comforting and my son's lip and tongue took about 20 minutes total. He didn t seem to be uncomfortable and the doctor made sure all our questions were answered and we felt comfortable before we left. I chose her because of her reviews

Dr. Matt and Dr. Kathy are awesome people, and the take the time to get to the "root" of the problem. Their whole team is awesome. They really listen to figure out the cause, rather than just treating the symptom.

I have had such a positive experience with Dayspring Dental I would recommend them to everyone. The atmosphere is very calming and non judgmental. They explain each and every procedure to assure you are on the same page as them with your dental care. Dr. Matt is the best.

When I first became a patient of Doctor Kathy I was very nervous having so many bad experiences at the dentist. Well needless to say this all changed the minute I walked into the office. I immediately felt welcome and was treated like family. The care that Doctor Kathy gives throughout the visit is like no other. My whole time there I was made comfortable and was even asked how I was doing. So different than any of my previous dentist. Even though I have not had Doctor Matt work on my teeth he always greets with a smile. In a million years I would not ever change my dentist ever again. I was extremely happy with my first visit at Dayspring Dental! Beth was very kind and helpful with scheduling my appointment and answering my questions. Terri, the dental hygienist was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Matt and Dr. Kathy are very nice and professional....they all treated me with respect. I enjoyed talking with the staff.... Growing up through the 50's and 60's, the one overall negative experience had to be going to the dentist. A place of great pain and cold hearted application of torture perfected. To this day, the sound of a dentist's drill makes me break into a cold sweat. Needless to say my visits to a dentist became few and very far between much to the detriment of my teeth. After a series of ongoing and ever escalating problems with the same teeth as treated by multiple dentists, my wife suggested seeing Dr. Matt for a consultation. Between all the years of neglect by me and all the years of seeing bad dentists, Dr. Matt and his staff had their work cut out for them. First, they set me at ease with their compassion, real compassion, then Dr. Matt did a thorough professional examination followed by recommended course of action, explaining the pro's and con's of each step. Beth followed up with the insurance company to enable the work to be done correctly (work that was supposed to have already been done). I went with Dr. Matt's plan and saw the application of technology the way it should be (meaning pain free) by a team of professionals in a compassionate and caring manner. Dr. Matt saved my teeth, eliminated that constant dull pain, and restored my faith in dentistry. This was some 15 years ago and I never plan on going anywhere else (it takes over an hour to get to Dr. Matt's office for us). Sure am glad my Honey sent me to Dr. Matt, I should have married her sooner!

I was referred to Laser Dentistry from a friend at our church about a year ago now, and I couldn't be more grateful! All of the staff are wonderful, I love the multiple early reminders they do for your appointments, and they are very caring/considerate spending extra time making sure you are comfortable at all times. We have 3 little children and we just started taking our 4 year old. It's one thing for an adult to find a good dentist. But even my child leaves with a smile on her face, and even talks about Dr Matt and his "team" at home,...that's when you know they do great work!!! It has been years since I have gone to the dentist. I was very apprehensive about the visit and the condition of my mouth. Wow, what an experience! Dr. Matt and his staff were great. From the time I walked into the office until my appointment was finished I was treated with the utmost respect and concern. Everything was explained to me in a manner that was easy to understand and there was no judgment about my lack of dental care and condition of my mouth. And the best part, NO Pain. The Dayspring Center for Laser Dentistry is great. The staff are so nice and friendly all the time. They are very genuine, remembering personal information from previous visits . The longest I ever had to wait to be seen is maybe ten minutes, which is nice compared to other offices. Also, both doctors are very knowledgeable about what they do and are very thorough in their care. I have had fillings done and with the laser techniques they use, it's quick and painless. All in all, they are a great dental practice and I strongly recommend them.

I'm very pleased with the quality of care Dr. Matt and his staff provides. Friendly, professional and everyone is very committed to the patient having a great experince. The office atmospher is very comfortable and pleasent. The dental chairs are so comfortable I could take a nap. Very easy to make an appointment and I'm lucky to live close to the office.
