Everyone from receptionist to dentist were nice and friendly every time I went there! The officers convenient, there is parking, its clean and neat too! I was concerned that I was too old to try invisilign and asked a lot of questions. The Dentist and his staff were more than happy to ease my fears and I am so glad because i can finally smile again! My front teeth were going forwards and backwards and it got worse every year. Now They are straight and the bottom row is more comfortable. I had terrible crowding which is now fixed! I am so so glad I chose Dr.Liao!!

This dental office is amazing. I love coming here. I live about 10 minutes away so it is very convienient to get here. The entire staff is so lovely and friendly. I would definetely recomment this location to anyone looking for a clean and affordable dentist.

Great staff, very accommodating and helpful

The office is extremely clean and comfortable and the staff are all very friendly. My work schedule changes frequently and the office was able to accommodate last minute changes to my appointment times when needed which was greatly appreciated. The doctor was always available to answer any questions and provided wonderful, personalized care. When it is time for my children to have their teeth straightened I will definitely be coming back to this office for it.

I wanted to fix some imperfections with my upper front and lower front teeth, and they recommended Invisalign. I was on treatment for just about a year and my teeth have never looked better! They have an amazing staff and are all about excellent service. They are very reasonable with pricing and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to fix their teeth. I’m not embarrassed anymore to laugh and smile because the gaps in my teeth are completely gone. Thank you for everything that you have done for me

My experience with Dental Associates of Lodi was great. The quality of care is exceptional and they always made me feel comfortable. I just finished my process with Invisalign and the entire journey was made easy because of the guidance and help from Dr. Liao and his staff. The office is extremely clean and has a positive and accepting atmosphere. It was hard for me to schedule appointments due to work and other responsibilities, but they always found a way to work around my busy schedule which I appreciate very much. Whenever I came in for an appointment, they were always on time and worked hard to get me out of there in a timely manner. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone who is seeking a trusting dentist.

Best Invisalign experience! You are greeted by front desk immediately when entering into the office with no wait time. Clear details on what to expect with each Invisalign tray was explained to me thoroughly. The months flew by so fast with my Invisalign trays and I cannot thank Dr Liao and staff for their quality of care.

This was the most friendly and understanding staff. I had a strict work schedule though the staff always made sure they got me in to see the doctor, who puts you at ease. I have always had a bad experiences with dentists until comming to Dental Associates of Lodi. I would reccomend them for all your dental needs.

Your nerves are jumping out the roof. You're going to a dentist. It may hurt and some pain here and there but that's not the case when you go to the Dental Associates of Lodi. Short drive to the office. Park in many of the open spaces and make your way to a door. Up the elevator to the second floor and you're there. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a smile. Sometimes 2, 3 even 4 smiles. Good morning. They already know you by name. The wait in the waiting room is comfortable. Take a seat in one of ten chairs. Comfortable chairs, magazines and a television. Usually the news, a cooking show or Kelly and Michael. Then you're led in by a dental assistant and sit in the chair. Dr. Liao walks in and asks how you're doing. Any concerns or comments before he starts. A little Q&A. Then he tells you what's he's going to do. Put a napkin around your neck and he starts. If it stings, he'll let you know. If it vibrates your gums or teeth, he'll let you know. Every so often, he'll ask how you're doing. Good let's continue. By the end of it, what was an hour felt like thirty minutes. Pain free and amazing teeth. Teeth feel so clean. Straightened teeth boost confidence. The staff is amazing, from the minute you walk in to the second you leave. Definitely a place to go for all your dental needs.

First the office took me in on an emergency appt. They fully listened to my problem and situation and offered a quick solution. I told the doctor why i was there and my thoughts about dentist in general. He took the time to talk to me and calm my nerves. The visit was pleasant easy and quick. The doctor provided some additional information and answered the remaining questions that i had. I highlt recommend this office. Clean, professional and a nice staff.

Absolutely professional from the, to the reception upto the end of apppintment

As someone who was petrified of the dentist for years, I can truthfully say I now enjoy my visits. The staff is friendly and all my questions/concerns are addressed. Dr. Liao is so patient and gentle, and understands the "fear of the dentist". I had six cavities and a chip in my front tooth fixed, and did not feel any pain! Dr. Liao even called me later on to see how I was doing. I have recommended him to all my family members!

From the first phone call up until my most recent visit, my experience at Dental Associates of Lodi has been outstanding. I was unhappy with my last dentist and the work they performed on my implant. Through a recommendation of a friend, I visited Dr. Liao and am extremely happy with my decision. He was able to repair the tooth and I am no longer suffering from anymore infections. Dr. Liao was very helpful and thoroughly explained the whole procedure. His staff is also excellent as well. They have gone above and beyond helping me transfer paperwork from my previous dentist and making me feel welcomed when I enter the office. I highly recommend Dr. Liao to everyone looking for a dentist!!

I cannot even begin to say how wonderful my experience was at this dental office! Its was exceptional! The employees were very kind. They were very welcoming and accommodating to me as an individual. I receive quality care there! Dr. Liao is a highly intelligent specialist who cares deeply about his customers. He explained every procedure, concern and recommendations.
