I had aggressive tooth pain. I contacted my insurance company for partnered doctors in Denver NC. They gave me three names. Denver Dental Arts was one. Being new to area I wanted a dentist that would not be retiring soon. I was blessed with a youthful Dr Nathan and his staff. I called Explained how much pain was in they worked me in same day. Discovering issue was abscess tooth. I was giving my options with expensed outlined. I said doc. In a week I'll be on a beach in Aruba and this tooth is not going with me. Let's pull it so it begins to heal before my vacation. If there's going to be issues post op we'll know in few days. Dr. Nat explained the odds of numbing an abscess tooth. We didn't have time to treat infection. Getting on a plane with freshly pulled moler is not good idea. We moved onto the numbing process and yanked her out. Thank god it was done by the most sensitive dentist ever. Trust me the numbing process was not an easy task and they were so caring throughout my visit. They next day office called to see how I was doing and that felt good especially for a new person in area with no family. Dr. Nat's team is family and they rock! Dr. Nathen Ellis and his staff are wonderful at their job and with people. Denver Dental Arts gets my five star rating because they earned them! I feel 100% better and healing well. Dr Nat is going to be my new dentist.

I had my teeth-cleaning today and received the most thorough, comfortable and professional care I have ever received before at a dental office. What a wonderful dental hygienist you have in Chelsea! A true 5 star performance! Thank you very much.

From when I walked in the front entrance to when I left, I was treated with the utmost respect. All employees were professional, courteous, and answered all questions that I had. Extremely satisfied with the office, I will definitely be back.

I have driven past Denver Dental Arts for more than a year and never really noticed it. They recently cleared out old landscaping and created new signage. The building is a gorgeous new establishment and their office is no different. There is a comfortable waiting area that is bright and clean and very accommodating. The front office staff was very nice and compassionate and made me feel like I was their only patient of the day. I was brought back to the hygienist for my cleansing and was given controls to both a TV and my chair which can heat and massage if I wanted. The dental hygienist kept asking if I was comfortable and ensured that I was being cared for. After my dental hygienist was done with my cleansing and polishing I met with Dr. Nathen Ellis. He was very caring and ensured my visit was thorough and that all my concerns were addressed. I am so glad to have found a new dental practice that does not rush to get onto the next patient and made my visit a comfortable and enjoyable one.

My entire experience at this office was wonderful! The moment I entered the lobby I was greeted with a warm cheerful welcome from the staff. My wait time in the reception area was minimal. The hygienist was gentle and incredibly thorough. The doctor was very friendly and interested in getting to know me as it was my first appointment. I was offered water and coffee in the waiting area. Once I was taken back I was offered Netflix to watch and the chair provided heat and massage. It was all around one of my best experiences at a dental office!

My experience with Denver Dental Arts has been nothing short of extraordinary! Everyone here has been very friendly and attentive to mine and my daughters needs. I will continue to use them and would recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give them a try! I promise you will not be disappointed!

The office was quiet with a pleasant atmosphere. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. Kristen was very nice, she took x-rays and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I freely shared my dental concerns with Dr. Ellis who showed me my x-rays on the screen. That gave me a better understanding of the work that needed to be done. Dr. Ellis explained the different options that we could take, the corresponding costs, timeline and further steps that may have to be taken. I got satisfactory answers to my questions. I liked Shannon's detailed billing and the "New Patient Special Rate". I also appreciated the printed Treatment Plan phases and costs, as well as the heads up on how to get a discounted rate. I'm very happy with my first visit to Denver Dental Arts. I will be coming here for all my dental care.
