My experience at Desert Ridge Dental was SUPERIOR!! Their procedures are excellent from getting the first appointment in a couple of days. Dr. Rauch then evaluated your situation and gave you your options. I selected one and the following week he began the implants for my dentures. He explained the entire process and three months later I couldn't be happier. I just snap them in the morning and don't have to bother with them the entire day. I am so happy with my implants and so grateful to Dr. Rauch for his knowledge and professionalism. His staff made me feel so comfortable when I went in and their friendliness was apparent. I mean Lisa greeted me with a hug every time I saw her. She would run around the counter to welcome me. The rest of the staff is also likewise very friendly. This was the best experience I have ever had in a dentist office. Entire staff seems so happy to work there, Congratulations. I highly recommend Dr. Rauch, he is the BEST.

My experience at Desert Ridge Dental was amazing. Julie has been my Hygienist for several years. She informed my wife and I she was moving. We switched and can not tell you how happy we are. Everyone treats you like Family and makes you feel welcome. Can not express how happy I am to be going here.

Going into any dental office in regards to my teeth is always nerve wrecking to me. Walking in, I was greeted right away with smiles. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room until I was greeted by Monica. She made me feel comfortable right away and was super nice. She explained what was taking place every step, was patient, and answered any questions or concerns I had. The times I had to wait was relaxing since they have music and a tv there to keep you occupied. (nice touch) Once Dr. Rauch came in, he was nice, got to know you a little bit which I think was great because most dentists just come in looking at your chart and going into it right away. I appreciated that. I liked that he gave me a few options I had, was honest of what could and doesn't need to take place. Overall, my experience was great! I would highly recommend Desert Ridge Dental to anyone. As someone who hates the dentist as much as a hospital, you will not be disappointed.

I always approach new dentists and dental offices with some trepidation but any fears I had were quickly allayed when I went for an appointment the first time. Dr. Rauch is everything you would want in a dentist - kind, gentle, friendly and very professional. I can't say enough good things about the staff - Lisa is the best - she seems to set the pace for the office and everyone is extremely warm, friendly and welcoming. I have been very pleased with Desert Ridge Dental and I highly recommend it!

While I had not seen the office before the renovation, the new facility looked and felt top notch, and all of the staff were very helpful and courteous. In my book, my dental hygienist Julie, is the absolute best in her field. I have never met a more gentle, caring, experienced and professional hygienist. Julie is so knowledgeable in her craft and has a way of explaining the most complex issues in a way, that most anyone can understand. She has a knack for making the patient feel comfortable and confident they are getting the best treatment around. She does all of this, while maintaining an absolutely wonderful sense of humor. It is the perfect mix of professionalism, expertise and 'make you feel comfortable' humor. As this was my first time to the office and I was there for just a cleaning, I have not experienced Dr. Timothy Rauch's work first hand. But, after meeting and talking with him, I feel confident going to him for any issues that may arise. In a nutshell, I was very pleased with my experience at Desert Ridge Dental Westside, and am confident it will be my go-to place for all that is Dentistry.

My experience at Desert Ridge was top notch. The reception area was comfortable, tastefully decorated and smelled great, not a hint of that medicinal smell in some dental offices. The hygienist, Kristina was friendly and very professional. Kristina explained everything that she was doing and reviewed my xrays with me. My teeth cleaning was very thorough and painless. Dr. Rauch took time with my exam and addressed my concerns and questions adequately. I do need to come back for some dental work and feel that I am in competent hands therefore, I will return to get the work done. I will recommend this office to family and friends.

The staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Rauch made me feel like he had known me for years and put my nerves at ease. I do not enjoy going to the dentist, at all, but am so relieved to have found a dentist that makes the experience pleasant! I also love the remodel! The office is very modern and pleasing to the eye.

I was traveling through Albuquerque in the middle of a month-long RV trip. I had lost a crown a few days before and thought I could limp home to NC but the pain I was experiencing told me that I wouldn't make it home. I did an internet search for Emergency Dentist and found Desert Ridge Dental. The entire experience was first class. They somehow found the time to squeeze me in. Dr. Rauch is a true caring professional, and a terrific dentist, and his associates were first rate. This includes the beautiful ladies who greeted me as I walked in. They had me up and going within an hour. I left feeling that I had been their patient for my whole life NOT as a stranger in for a one-time emergency that took them out of their normal day. I can't recommend this group highly enough and wish I lived nearby so I could have them as my regular oral care specialists. Thank you all Desert Ridge Dental. You saved my vacation and my dental situation and I am extremely grateful

Wonderful! Everyone here is amazing and friendly and it feel like they keep my needs in mind. Christina did my cleaning and she was awesome. I NEVER had to wait for her. If she left the room, it was never for more than 3 seconds - literally. I love the quality of care and friendliness at Desert Ridge Dental. I would absolutely recommend to my friends and family!!

Dr. Rauch is very professional and my family has had great experiences thus far with him and his team. His entire team has a very warm rapport with everyone they come in contact with and they follow-up with clients to ensure client satisfaction. It is obvious Dr. Rauch and his team clearly enjoys the “people” aspect of their work, consistently strive to provide top notch service, and achieve customer satisfaction. He takes the time to outline the steps required for any procedure and spends quality time with his patients. RE: June 25th, 2014 appt. Both Dr. Rauch and Liz were wonderful. Concern for my comfort was always high priorty. Liz is very knowledge, and was able do do some work on me independent of Dr. Rauch. You can tell they love their jobs.

This was my first visit to Desert Ridge after being referred by a friend and I must say I am ever so greatful! The staff, including Dr. Rauch, was wonderful, friendly from the moment I walked in to the minute I left. All of my questions were answered with ease, and the procedures I had done were executed carefully but in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised as dental visits prior to this one were my least favorite. I will definitely return to Desert Ridge Dental and will recommend them to family and friends as well!

The staff at Desert Ridge Dental are very friendly and answer any and all of my questions. I am always met with a smile. I just started my "6 Month Smile" with Dr. Rauch's office and so far I am very happy. His staff took time with me and didn't rush through the process. I found Desert ridge dental online and went to check it out. The staff was really friendly and very family oriented. The waiting room is very clean and has toys for children. The dentist is very nice and they were really helpful in meeting my needs for treatment and explaining everything to me. During my treatment the staff really made me feel comfortable and I love how they put music on or a movie while they clean your teeth I am so glad I found them and the six month braces that I have are great. My teeth are almost straight and I've only had them for four months.desert ridge is there to help you and give you good guidance about how to make your teeth healthy for any budget.

I received top quality care and service at Desert. Priscilla was cordial and exhibited excellent service when administering my cleaning. She was speedy, but effective and even fixed a sharp edge I had with a tooth pains free :). I highly recommend her and the office as a whole to other potential patients.

I was amazed at how Dr. Rauch and his staff accomodated my "after hour care" in such a caring and professional manner. They kept reassuring me that seeing me after hours (emergency care) was not a problem at all thus making me realize that Dr. Rauch has created an exceptional work environment and successful dental clinic. They did not make me wait long and offered bottled water. Priscilla brought me right back and began right away. She was very polite and pleasant to be with. She even put on pandora radio. She went over my teeth thoroughly and explained how much more there was as she worked. In the end, my teeth looked and felt great. I could not believe she was able to clean the coffee stains off my teeth. Thanks!!

Best dentist and staff, ever! Super dedicated, extremely thorough and I was extremely pleased with their ease of scheduling. I purchased 6 month braces through Dr. Rauch and I could not be happier with the results. These people went out of their way to offer the best service and ensure I was happy throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Dr. Rauch for finagling my snaggle teeth; and to Monika, who at one point gave me her cell and offered to come in on a Saturday to take my braces off. Who does that, right?! Going through the denture process , found the entire staff to be helpful, caring, and friendly. Was really grateful that they had a payment plan in place to help off set the cost of the procedure. From the inital connotation and to the extractions, to the dentures the process was completed in five weeks. Dr. Rauch is wonderful. I came to Desert Ridge in July of 2013. I had my first cleaning in three or four years. I needed three crowns and two fillings replaced. I'd just gone through a divorce and years of my dental care being neglected. I can't take local painkillers so I needed a Dentist that could do the job with the least pain possible. Dr. Rauch did the job. The procedures went great. When we finally finished fixing the structure of my teeth, I decided to fix the look of my teeth. I have very small jaws and my teeth have never fit as they should. I have had four teeth removed and braces from 6th grade through 11th grade. When the braces came off my teeth were better but not great. The Orthodontist did have me wear a retainer for a year. Over the years, the teeth moved. By my 30's there were noticeable gaps. Another dentist made an upper retainer. I wore it when I slept and it helped some until the dog chewed it up some years later. I was not able to get the retainer replaced. My teeth moved and shifted. My smile is not in my wedding photos. My smile is not in the pictures with my children as they grew up. My smile is not in any photos I've posed for for many, many years. I hid my teeth, lost my smile. Dr. Rauch brought my smile back! He said he could fix my teeth in 6 months or less. He did it in 5 months! Yes I will wear the clear retainers for 6 more months, they show off my straight, gap-less teeth. I'm already smiling! Was it the most fun I ever had, no. I had bumpers, no chewing or biting for 4.5 months. No nuts, gave up steak. I work full-time and interview people all day. I found having the braces something others understood. At the end I received a beautiful mouth for the first time in 53 years! I gave myself a gift that no one can take away. I can screw it up by not following the directions. Otherwise they are mine forever. Fifty-three years spent hiding my smile. Well its a new day. If you have ever even thought a little of getting your teeth corrected go see Dr. Rauch for an evaluation. You and I both give so much to everyone else, isn't time to give you the gift that gives back every day? The confidence that comes with knowing your mouth when you speak to others is a compliment to you is priceless. No matter how great your clothes, beautiful your hair and make up, without aligned teeth, you're just not all the way there. And where is your smile in the photos of you with those you love? Plus its so much better for our teeth as we age. I may actually keep them longer instead of them falling out! Fifty-three years without the best alignment. Well that clock has stopped. I wish this was available long ago. I give doc permission to show you my befores and afters. I really want others to know the gift of having your teeth fixed/aligned. Braces are not just for our children anymore. And yes both of mine are in braces. If you can find away to get your smile back, then do it. Do it for you. Don't let it take you 53 years to get your smile. Do it now. Its life changing, do it and see for yourself.
