We pretty much walked right in and bought the Kodiak 450 that we liked, even though there was very limited selection - thats the one we wanted. Service was great and we were out of there in a little over an hour or so.

Great family owned bike shop! I was buying parts one day and there were 4 generations of the Donelson clan there including a very young grand daughter. Salesman, Dan, was great, lots of patience with me, took me many visits to make up my mind. Parts people are friendly and helpful. I think people there know motorcycles quite well. Very happy with my new Rebel 500. They set it up with special clutch and brake levers. Nice improvement on long rides.

Let's just start by saying that Donelson cycles is the only place that I will only buy stuff for my motorcycle. Stephen in the parts department, has worked with me for the past five days in a row, I purchased everything from a jacket to grips to break pads to a backpack. The selection and Service goes beyond customer service. I can ask a small question to a big question will always be answered honestly and to the point. I am glad I stepped in there just for one small item, because now I have a place that I can say I will always shop there.

THIS. PLACE. IS. AWESOME!!! Never have i came to this store and they not only have what i needed, but options. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the place by its self is just epic!! Its freggin huge!! And for gods sake they even have a museum! If your not buying your parts and all atv wants and needs at this store you need to get your life together. I drive 45 minutes from illinois to do my atv business here and every time its well worth the drive. Stay riding killas!! #DirtLife
