Patient, thorough and .......relaxed the entire time....when can you say that about a dentist appt?

I am always very nervous about seeing the dentist. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the entire staff. They all had amazing energy and appeared to enjoyed being there. During my visit, the dential staff was very informative, the Dr provided a clear treatment plan including any out of pocket costs which was very nice so I wouldn't be surprised with a statement. Overall, I am very happy with the office, very clean and friendly. I believe I have found my new dentist. Thank you for everything!

The staff was amazing and very knowledgable, which put me at ease. I learned so much on my first visit and was impressed with the technology.

Thank you so much for the excellent care and the new methods of dental care were most impressive. I love the idea of less frequent x-rays and those taken establishing a baseline to work from in the future for five years. Appreciate the helpful information for us "mouth breathers" to be aware of the damage of "Dry Mouth" aols stopped at the local Wlgreens on the way home to get the Act Nightime mouthwash to help with this. Being retired and without Dental Insurance was a big factor in trying your office and glad I did. Everyone should be aware that the mouth is the pathway to everything that goes on with our body and good dental care is the guardian to total body well-being. I will be back.

The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They make sure you are comfortable and know all the facts about future treatment planning before scheduling. Kalie is very cautious and careful while doing her cleaning. Dr. Cochran is a nice guy and answers any and all questions you might have about your teeth.

Great experience! The front office staff made it easy to get paperwork done and were very friendly. The hygienist/assy/doctor were all great and very welcoming. As a new patient I truly felt valued and like they really took a personal interest in my dental health. Absolutely would recommend this team to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Best experience I've ever had. The staff is warm and caring and Dr. Cocheran is a joy to have around. I am so happy to be a client and can not recommend them higher. If there were more stars I could give I would. The environment is amazing and classy and they work hard to take care of you like family. Dr. Cocheran's services are even making me reconsider any move back to Boise, ID! Good Dentistry is so hard to find and this group is just a treasure that I will visit time and again for any of my dental needs. :D

Dr. C's Family Dentistry is the best dentist I have ever been to hands down! The staff is courteous and knowledgable, and the facility is up-to-date with the most advanced instruments in the field. Dr. Cochran is extremely personable and genuinely cares about each individual patient that walks through the door. Positive- beautiful office, friendly staff! Watched tv while they cleaned and examined my teeth. I am happy to have found a new dentist.

First of all, the office is beautiful and welcoming, it is like sitting in your living room. Dr. C (introduced himself as Josh) came out into the waiting room to get to know me a little. The office staff and assistants were very nice and welcoming. I had not been to the dentist in (too many) years. I am a nurse so I am very good at keeping up with doctors appts and check ups for my husband and girls. I have just neglected the dentist for myself. I am very glad that I stopped in to the office and got an appointment. Thank you all for being so caring. I am thinking of having not only my husband, but also my children go to see Dr. C. I know they would be in wonderfully caring hands!

My wife and I had an extremely bad experience with our prior dentist who put company profit ahead of customer care. Not only did Dr. C Family Dentistry fix the issues created by the prior Dentist, but they provided an ethical friendly environment with affordable care, and advice to solid preventative care advice. Nobody likes to go to the dentist but Dr. C Family Dentistry makes the thought of returning a very welcome one. I highly recommend Dr. C to any family seeking quality dental care.

These guys are are absolutely awesome, I have been looking for a modern practice who utilizes the newest technology and actually knows what the younger generations are looking for (Facts, Stats, LCD's for days, modern ambiance, free coffee, the works). If you are tired of the old blahhhh dentist experience give Dr C a change they will blow your mind! Also, the staff are all very nice and professional,I prefer the out of the ordinary experience given by this company, so excellent in so many ways. Cheers to years to come, you have won my business.

Where do I begin to express my wonderful experience with Dr. Cochran and his staff. I have visited twice now, the first time for a new patient evaluation and cleaning, the second time to fix some cavities discovered at the initial visit. He put me at ease with his sense of humor, and I hardly felt the shots he gave me. Dr. Cochran is a rare dentist in that he never came across as being in a hurry. Rather, he actually took time to sit down with me face to face and hear my dental history, including current concerns with my teeth, before the examination. My teeth have a traumatic history going back to my childhood. As I shared my story in tears, Dr. C showed only compassion. Dr. C and his professional staff examined each of my teeth. They noted things that looked great as well as any trouble spots. I feel grateful for Dr. C's expertise, especially for catching a potentially major issue involving an old root canal that has gone undetected by my previous dentist. Dr. C is honest with what he finds because he cares about my health and well being. Some of the news was tough to hear at first, yet knowing the condition of my teeth and mouth is a gift because then I can be proactive in addressing problems early. If you are looking for a smart, compassionate, humble dentist, with friendly staff, look no further than Dr. Cochran's practice. I am making this place my new dental home.

My recent experience at Dr Cochran's family dentistry was very comfortable. I really appreciated how Dr C came out to the waiting room to greet me and answer any questions I had. His reception staff was very welcoming. As a busy mom of four, the ease and convenience of filling out forms online was fantastic! I love the email and text message communication. Thank you! Dr Cochran's office is state of the art, using digital X-rays with less radiation exposure. I had a great experience and look forward to brining my family to his office for our dental needs. Kalie, the hygienist, was very thorough, and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed as all! Dr Cochran's exam was detailed, gentle, and encouraging. I have been looking for a family dentist to take care of my family's dental needs. Thank you Dr C, we found it.

My first time at Dr. Cochran's office was warm and inviting. The front desk was very nice and the office is lovely. Dr. C happened to be in the waiting area and he introduced himself personally. Chatted a bit then went into his back offices. I've never had any doctor do that! The assistant and hygienist are also very nice. I got my teeth cleaned with X-rays and that was truly pain free. I had one small cavity and came back later to have it fixed. Again it was pain free and very quick! I signed up for a discounted dental program and it's very helpful. I can't say enough great things about this office. I would and have recommend it to everyone.

After my first appointment I couldn't stop telling my husband about how much I love this office. They treated me like I was a friend, not like just another patient. After I expressed my extreme anxiety about dental work, they thoroughly explained the procedures that needed to be done, and all the options I had for pain and fear management. My comfort was top priority to them. They seem to have top of the line equipment, a relaxing environment, and even a tv on the ceiling. For how afraid I am (or was) of the dentist, I really enjoyed my visit!

I highly recommend Dr. Family dentistry. Dr. C is very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. This is a beautiful high-tech office with a wonderful staff. Dr. C is one of a kind and a great dentist. He is very good at explaining what he is going to do before he does it and best of all, he is very gentle.
