My 5-year-old girl had dental surgery and from the first moment we arrived at the place everyone was very attentive and kind to us. They made us feel comfortable and safe and the procedure was fast and everything went very well. I really recommend them

Everyone that works there is so kind and make the experience way easier for the patients. They’re all very patient as well.

Extremely happy with the service I have received from this office, from booking my initial appointment to having my daughters teeth repaired I am grateful to have used this office. Their staff goes above and beyond to listen to your concerns, and answer any questions you might have.

After a traumatic experience at the dentist, we switched to white and Johnson. My sons first appointment was yesterday and he started out so nervous but they made him feel so safe, heard and cared for. We had a great experience!

The staff was great !!!! Very caring and comforting for the child, also speedy appointment depending on procedures but would definitely recommend/refer anyone to White & Johnson pediatric Dentistry. They take their time and also make sure the child is comfortable before doing any work. Love it !!!!! 5 stars !!!!

My son and I had such a great experience that I immediately recommended this office to my friends and family. Jamie was our dental hygienist. Jamie was kind, patient, and took the time to explain each step to my little guy. Dr. Andy was also very friendly and put my son at ease. I'm so glad we decided to choose this practice. This was a great experience, from the first person we spoke to on the phone to make the appointment to the person checking us out.

They are the best dentist for kids of all needs.

We had to switch pediatric dentist because of the horrible treatment my children received at the last place. White & Johnson was 100 times better. The kids are talked to with respect. They make sure they understand everything they are doing. There was no attitude or frustration when my children got scared or had gag reflex. My child was actually happy when we left instead of in tears like the last place. Everyone was so nice.

All staff greeting us as we walked through the door. The service was quick and all procedures were clearly explained. I would recommend this dentistry to any parent that has younger children. The whole atmosphere was inviting and I loved the art on the walls.By far the best service in Jacksonville....Brittney is awesome and Dr. Andy is pleasant as well.

A great team! My children have been going to Haley Whites office since they were both toddlers and I wouldn’t trust anywhere else! She and her whole staff are caring and compassionate and do all they can do ensure my children are comfortable.

This place is a great place to go to for your children. They take their time and let the kids feel comfortable. And let them see the tools and understand what they’re going to be doing. They are very nice.

Our visit was very informational and caring. We are new to the area and on the point of our arrival I noticed a dental emergency on my two-year-old. After visiting two other dentistry offices I was left feeling hopeless and as the damage done to my son was my fault due to me breastfeeding him until recently, I felt the color of my skin was more notice than anything else. Once being residence of Michigan, California and Texas I never experienced that before. Coming to Whites and Johnson pediatric dentistry I didn’t see color and I didn’t feel like I stood out because of being a brown American. As a brown American we tend to seek businesses that our ran or own by other brown Americans, just so we are listened too, treated equally and fairly. After visiting White and Johnson I didn’t feel the need to seek another pediatric dentistry to handle my children. The nurses and the doctors even the front desk staff handle my toddler and myself with such care and patients. The doctors and staff understood that a toddler being a terrible two it’s just what it is, lol. During the treatment my toddler from the taste vomited on the floor. The doctor didn’t care at all about the throw up, but like most mommy went to spoon her hand along with mines to catch it. She was very attentive and heartbroken to see him go through that just as much as myself. She tried her best to hug him but my little terrible two be in the little guy that he is wanting allow it, but all the same I appreciate her. After that visit I then scheduled my other children for a near future visit.

White and Johnson’s staff was very friendly and extremely patient with my very active little one! It was super clean and I loved the little tv that he was able to watch to keep him distracted while taking a look at his teeth, so helpful! Thank you!

We had a horrible experience at another office after my 3 year old was forced to go for a filling alone and after listening to he scream and cry from the waiting room, I stopped the procedure and left. I was discouraged after their dentist told me it was standard for 3 year old to be seen alone and my child was overly emotional. I called your office prepared to be told the same and instead, everyone was incredibly reassuring and abs since been just amazing! She has not had a single issue at any visit! Everyone is kind, takes their time to explain things and really knows how to work with children. I was afraid the trauma from the earlier visit would lead to a lifetime of hating the dentist but your office has reset my daughter and I am so thankful. I highly recommend this office for children and those with special needs.

I cannot say enough about White and Johnson Pediatric Dentistry. My son is very anxious all the time. Going to the dentist for just a cleaning is his worst nightmare, so you can imagine how he feels about going in for fillings. Dr. Halley and her amazing assistant Jamie were fantastic. Jamie really listened to my concerns for my son and calmly talked my son into every step. Jamie made sure my son was completely comfortable before Dr. Halley began her work. Dr. Halley sang songs each step of the way and spoke in a calm, reassuring voice while remaining vigilant to my son's responses. My son had 2 fillings and a crown and he never winced and remained calm. I get nervous taking my kids to the dentist myself because I never know how they will respond or if they will have a bad experience. I feel completely comfortable taking all of my kids to Dr. Halley and her great team. I am forever thankful!
