Such a warm and friendly staff. I just switched to this office and could not be happier with my decision! I felt very comfortable with the safety measures they take regarding Covid I’m not totally comfortable when getting novacaine, but Dr Kever was very patient and gentle! I would highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a new dentist

Pleasant and helpful from my 1st call. Initial appointment ended up being a work in to put a crown back in. Met Dr.Kever who explained what was going to happen and we were done a short while later. From start to finish it was a great experience especially since after my bill was filed to both insurances by the lovely ladiez up front.

Having sunglasses available is a big plus. Dental hygienist and the dentist were very personable. Area for improvement is the checkout process. The person automatically told me I owed $165 for the regular cleaning even though I have insurance and have gone to this office many times before. I reminded her I have insurance but she only replied "No, you don't." Took some persuading and she finally found and used the existing insurance listed on the account.

We brought donuts for Marge's birthday - Happy Birthday, Marge! Tried Cathy as higienist. Felt good with her using the cavitron. My teeth feel great! Enjoyed Dr. Keever's exam - he's very thorough! I appreciate everyone in the Office.

The entire office treats you like family or a long-time friend. They are gentle and caring with your teeth. It is a relaxing atmosphere where I can watch tv and not focus on anything else. I don’t stress about coming to the dentist anymore.

I’ve been seeing Dr Bliss for about 15 years and the last 18 months with Dr Kever. I was originally nervous to meet Dr Kever as I’m dental paranoid. So happy that he is really good. He is great spending time with you, explaining procedures and is very gentle as is his hygienist. I see her every three months and she knows all my hot spots. The front office staff is always friendly with their greeting and always by name. Most amazing is they’ve never been late with my appointments. I’d give five stars and highest recommendation across the board.

I am beyond happy with Shannon and Dr. Keever. I am very nervous person with dentists and Dr. Keever has made very comfortable just like Dr. Bliss did. Shannon is great too, giving me time to get used to being there. With both Dr. Bliss and Dr. Keever, I don't have any issues coming into the office for cleanings and check ups. So....I have to honestly say I was not thrilled about having a new dentist on board as I've been with Dr. Bliss for a long time. It took me years to find a dentist I felt comfortable with and one I trusted. My first impression of Dr. Kever wasn't great. However, it took Dr. Kever doing one crown last year and I was sold. He did a fantastic job, probably the best crown I've ever had in my life. Today he placed my 2nd permanent crown on. I have 100% confidence in him and no way will I be going anywhere else. Thank you sir!

After moving to Titusville in '1998 from Orlando we remain committed to continue our dental care with the Oviedo Family and Cosmetic Dentistry with our two annual cleanings and check ups. This is a great dental practice. I had an emergency a few years ago and I was given an immediate appointment. The dental issue was treated and a temporary then a permanent replacement was accomplished as soon as possible. The front office staff are very friendly and professional. The waiting room area is very pleasant. Shannon is an awesome dental hygienist. Great skills.

Your office is the friendliest office I have been in. Everyone, is friendly and you always make your customers feel comforable You do excellent work for my wife Anita and me. And I love your personal insurance plan. Much better than what we had before. The only thing I would like to say, and I should have told you before is I have super sensitive teeth and gums. I guess that's why I never relished going to a dentist. I am sorry if I am being childish, but my daughter told me to tell you. You know how men keep secrets. See you soon, and keep up the good work. Staff was very helpful and professional. The dental assistant was excellent in every way. Explained in detail what was going on and answered every question in simple terms. Her professionalism was excellent. Dr. Kever covered all the necessary steps in diagnosing the issues. I've been going to Oviedo Family and Cosmetic Dentistry and Dr. Bliss for over 15 years. They have done my dental checkups as well as some cosmetic dentistry for me. Mea-ling was very friendly and professional. I cannot tolerate having water squirted onto my teeth so she accommodated that. My teeth cleaning only took 50 minutes! Dr. Kever was very friendly and professional as well. Good job Oviedo Family and Cosmetic Dentistry!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bliss and Debbie for over 20 years.. Wow! Come to think of it, Jeez, what happened to time? I can't believe it's been that long. Anyhow, Dr. Bliss and Debbie have given me the best quality of care throughout those 20 years. They are professional, friendly, and personable. The office staff are just as nice and friendly too. Everybody at the Oviedo Family and Cosmetic Dentistry make my visit at the dentist feel comfortable. I would highly recommend their services to anybody new in the area.
