I started seeing Andrew as I had a lower back pain that did not seem to be moving and showed itself particularly when I had been driving or sitting in the chair in the evenings. Andrew gave me a thorough initial examination not only on my back but also on neck and torso movement limits culminating in a set of data for these movements. When treatment started he concentrated on traction of my lower back but also included attention to my neck, feet and legs plus recommendations to increase my daily intake of water. I immediately noticed a change in an old foot injury which caused me to clop when walking. My foot felt much more controlled and the clop was not there. After a couple more sessions it was noticeable that my back was improving and also my ability to twist and rock my head had improved. These improvements continued throughout the sessions and when I had my next examination the improvements could be seen clearly from the data chart when compared to the original. At my age when the body begins to slow down the treatment has given me back flexibility and an increased range of movement that was not prevalent before the treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending treatment from Andrew and will continue to have top up sessions to maintain my improvement.

A brilliant and life changing experience for me! From years of suffering with neck, shoulder and back pain from a young age I had tried pretty much everything to aid relief. Nothing had worked for me so just endured the daily pain and accepted it as a part of life. After a lifestyle change that started to make the problem worse I decided to take specialist action. Best decision I have made and wish I had done it sooner! Andrew was very informative and after an assessment was able to explain the cause and what he could do to help. After the first session I felt an immediate difference. Attending the regular sessions not only improved my neck ability, I was able to sleep a full night without any discomfort. Day to day work became easier and less painful as well as being able to become more active again. Andrew is a true professional in his field and I can not recommend highly enough. After an active life I was beginning in my mid seventies to experience quite severe leg pains and stiffness which were affecting my mobility. Four months ago by chance I met Andrew and without knowing anything about chiropractice, I underwent an assessment. He immediately assured me that he could help and I began treatment. From the outset I was impressed with his kindness and professionalism and after only one week's treatment I was out of pain. I am now at the end of my course but will continue to see Andrew every few weeks to make sure that I maintain the improvement. I am now able to walk much further and without pain and have been motivated to join a gym where I also enjoy swimming. Any stiffness caused by gardening is soon eased and I have regained a sense of well being. My daughter is also undergoing a course of treatment and is gaining great benefit from it. I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough - he has given me a new lease of life for which I am most grateful.

I have suffered with lower back pain for many years, and then 12 months ago, I also started to experience severe neck and shoulder pain, and worsening back pain. I went to see several osteopaths/chiropractors and physiotherapists with very little success. After a thorough consultation with Andrew,(at last someone who really listened to my symptoms)I had a course of treatment. I felt some benefit after the first session, but increasingly my symptoms eased, and are now very much better. I have fortnightly appointments to keep on the treatment " topped up", and Andrew is always accessible if advice is needed. I cannot recommend the whole experience enough-I am able to continue my life almost pain free.

Before my first visit to Andrew I suffered pains in toes on my left foot. As I have Parkinson's Tremors the pain was diagnosed as part of the progressive nature of the disease. Andrew proved that this was not so. Also, I had back pains and slowness when getting out of bed or chair. Since my treatment by Andrew and prescribed exercises, I am much improved and able to return to some of the activities I thought I would not be able to do. At 78 years old this is a great achievement.

I went to Andrew because I had been experiencing head and neck movement restrictions that were seriously affecting my ability to turn my head to see properly at road junctions. I was also experiencing difficulties maintaining a good head position and hence sight picture while target shooting. Andrews quality of care and attention to detail whilst using some of the latest up to date technology have given me increased mobility in both upper and lower back to the point where my driving confidence has increased, my shooting scores are returning to the level that they should be at. He even took the trouble to study a book I have on target shooting in order to better understand the problem. Also, as a spin off, I have found my golf swing has improved and the pain in my knee seems to have lessened. All in all a very pleasing outcome which I plan to follow up in stage two with exercises and life stile changes.

I have suffered from Arthritis for many years, having had total replacements on both hips and one knee. My back constantly ached, my posture was poor,I had to use a walking stick, and was not able to stand still for more than a few minutes. Although I have had an active life working with horses and other large animals I have been overweight for most of my adult life and was losing my confidence in being able to continue working. I have just finished a 4 month course of treatment with Andrew and can now walk without a stick. I am far more upright and feel much more in balance. Pain has been greatly reduced and my confidence is returning in feeling I can continue an active life-style. Andrew's suggestions of a healthy way of eating has helped me to lose 20 pounds. I was struggling with a slight lower back injury and the healing process was static. I emailed Andrew and he telephoned me the same day. We arranged an appoint meant and over the next few weeks my visits were starting to pay dividends. My neck and back treatment has quickly made a huge difference to my movement. A big treat is being able to look in the clothes shop window while passing just by turning my head and not having to turn to face the window, I hadn’t realised how much I missed not being able to do that. I have been suffering for over 5 years with debilitating back pain after having my son by C section, that has got worse as the time has gone on. I had been to the doctors and physio several times, only to be told that it was something I had to live with. I had four sessions with Andrew in August 2017. I have had some pain and restricted movement in my right leg for about twelve months prior to visiting Andrew's clinic . During this time I had seen three physiotherapists and a chiropractor but seen little improvement. I met Andrew at the Hanbury show in June where he was able to scan my back and e mail me the results . I made an appointment to see him at his clinic where he gave me a very thorough examination and began to treat me. Following this I had relief from the leg pain. After four sessions I felt my problem was very much improved. A shoulder and rib problem was also diagnosed. These were worked on and stiffness and pain was relieved. I had full confiidence that Andrew was treating the causes of my problems .i have been impressed with Andrews professional approach and his physiological knowledges. His clinic equipment is advanced . Andrew made notes at every session and tracked my progress. My leg pain is greatly reduced. I will be following the exercises prescribed to enhance my recovery. I have worked in the printing industry for over 40 years, constantly lifting and moving large quantities of paper eventually took its toll. it got to the point where i was using pain killers just to do my job, after a spell immobilised in hospital my back became worse so i sought help from Andrew at Droitwich Back & Neck Clinic. I suppose i went with the intention of getting some advice and a little relief from my pains. What i got however was so much more, it has now been 2 months since my last pain relief tablet, i am able to carry out my duties without hindrance. Andrew also corrected my posture and gave me exercises to help maintain what was now a better form. Though i thought i was reasonably fit Andrew has helped me to a correct fitness and i will be forever grateful, to add to this he's a really nice guy too.

I have been going to see Andrew Robson now for a number of days. Over a few weeks. I hurt my back lifting the smallest of objects a piece of paper. I walked I into the office after making an appointment. And after an examination and talk about my health. I had my first Session with Andrew and straight away was able to walk without any pain. When I first saw Andrew I was feeling very debilitated from neck and back pain and really struggling with my work and day to day tasks. After my consultation with Andrew he assured me that he could help. I have never known anyone with such determination and passion in their job to make peoples life so much better and pain free. When I first visited, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming manner of the reception and Andrew's ability to explain his method of treatments. I went to see Andrew because I was suffering considerable pain in my neck and upper back. One of the things we discussed on the first consultation was my expectations regarding treatment, pain relief and playing badminton again. He then went on to exceed them! After a little over 3 weeks I was suffering no pain and getting back to badminton. Andrew is clearly very competent, but he is also very personable. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Having had pain for quite a while, I went to see Andrew and was told it was sacroiliac joint dysfunction. After nearly 3 months, the pain has completely gone. I have to do certain daily exercises. i had been suffering from sciatica for several weeks and had been to my gp who prescribed me very strong pain killers. I was talking to a friend about the pain and she recommended Andrew. I rang made an appointment, Andrew went through all of my history, then told me that he could help me, he asked me what time scale I expected to be pain free, I said about 3 months. Andrew started treating me 2 sessions a week to start with and gave me an ice pack to use, by this time I was taking paracetamol. After several weeks of treatment I stopped taking any pain killers. My sciatica started to improve with the treatment. After several weeks Andrew gave me exercises to do to help strengthen my muscles, to try and prevent the sciatica coming back. Andrew was very professional and a great chiropractor. After 3 months of treatment I am now able to do every day things again without being in pain, and will be going back to my exercise classes which I had to stop. I have finished treatment and would really recommend this service. What I liked was, due to my work pattern, I sometimes had to change my appointment and this was never a problem. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone who has a back problem. Thank you for helping me get my life back again and be pain free.

I went to see Andrew as I had pain in my left arm and in my neck, previously I had suffered a trapped nerve in my neck which required physio, I did not want this to become any worse as I am very active On my first visit Andrew spent a lot of time understanding my history, what I wanted from the treatment and his method of treatment, he then took a scan of my back and neck which demonstrated some of the problem areas. I have completed 8 treatments and feel pain free, a further scan has demonstrated the improvement is significant, along with the sessions Andrew provides exercise's to follow online to improve and maintain progress. I will visit again for some health checks and can recommend Andrew for his professionalism, and care when dealing with me.

Having suffered with chronic neck pain for ten or more years I met Andrew at the David Lloyd Gym in Bromsgrove for a brief consultation. He confirmed that he would be able to help improve my neck pain and so I undertook a course of chiropractic treatment and assessment starting in November 2016. Andrew has helped me enormously and with my treatment due to be completed in 2-3 weeks' time my neck symptoms are about 80% better. I have much better movement, I am sleeping much better and it has helped my work which involves a lot of computer work. This has led to better quality of life with less pain and stiffness in my neck. in early 2016 I experienced back pain I visited my dr and he said it was in my neck vertabrae and would go in 6 weeks and booked me into Physio, but it clears before I got my appointment. In October it reappeared and visited the dr again ( twice ) and was given painkillersthat didn't help I found out the Physio was booked but not until January 24 2017 !! My systems were intense unrelenting pain like a nail digging in my back and cramps going down my left arm and pins and needles this went on for over 6 weeks in wii h I could sleep in a bed and slept sitting up on the sofa . I couldn't go on like this much longer so swathed for help and found a local chiropractor at DROITWICH back and neck so I booked an appointment and a consultation, after which Andrew said my symptoms were quite common and he could help, which he did, I went though a series of procedures which over three visits freed up my back and neck, and gave me my life back thank you Andrew, I should have gone sooner instead of suffering for over 6 weeks, still you never stop learning .

I first met Andrew at a talk that he gave on "Arthritis and Osteoporosis". I found the talk excellent and as my mother had suffered terribly with both these ailments I was concerned that I may have inherited the condition. However Andrew assured me that it was not necessarily the case. I decided to complete a ten session course and have found that my posture has improved, my back feels more flexible and my walking much better. During this treatment I found Andrew to be very professional, always on time and caring in his approach to explaining everything. After many sleepless night's and difficulty turning my head side to side especially trying to reverse in my car was becoming more difficult. I made an appointment to see Andrew where he offered me a spinal xray. After 4 month's of treatment my neck, shoulder's and back are much better. An initial consultation with Andrew left me feeling optimistic that something could be done to relieve my on-going lower back pain which had been a problem for years. Sessions over several weeks allowed Andrew to slowly realign my spine and core exercises that were given to me to follow are ensuring that the adjustments made to my spine are being supported. With any part of my body, I am always concerned when it's not quite right. I went to see Andrew with trepidation that a) it was really going to be unpleasant and b) it probably wouldn't work. How wrong I was on both points. I had one slipped disc and one bulging disc which caused my leg to go completely dead, along with constant neck and shoulder pain. After the initial consultation, I was a little hopeful that a Chiropractor just might work. 3 months on, I am pain free, much more active, have great posture and most importantly, I feel my age if not younger. Andrew quietly built rapport during my visits and genuinely cared about me and my wellbeing; which is important to me when selecting someone who is in a position of administering treatment to a lone female. He is considerate and aware of this which I believe is a great trait to have. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew for anyone wishing to leave their own pain prison. I had been suffering with back pain for several months when I first met Andrew. I was finding basic things like dressing or picking items up from the floor very painful and was feeling pretty low. Andrew discussed a treatment plan with me which would last a few months and I have to say I was a bit frustrated at seeing little or no improvement after the first few weeks. But, along with with chiropractic skills and exercises he gave me to do at home, I started to get more flexible and the pain got less and less. He promised me at my first consultation that if I followed his plan of treatment I would be back to my normal self and he was right! Apart from obviously having expertise in the subject he is kind, understanding and very easy to talk to. Now my treatment plan has co e to an end. I will continue to visit him for "maintenance" sessions. Would highly recommend.

I have suffered with lower back pain for many years. Reference to my GP was unsympathetic saying you are tall so what do you expect. Consequently I had done little to investigate possible solutions. Purely by chance I happened to be at the Golf Club when Andrew visited promoting his activities. A chance conversation with him has led to a course of visits to Andrews clinic. I have suffered with back and neck aches and pains for about 20 years and was diagnosed with arthritis about 5 years ago. I've tried physiotherapy, osteopathy and other chiropractors to try and help but have not found any benefit from these. After 18 months of lower back pain resulting from commuting and sitting in an office all day I decided to see a Chiropractor. I could walk to see Andtew so thought I would give it a go. After the first session my back started to improve and after a week the dull pain had gone. Keeping up with the suggested exercises and ice pack seems to be working. Having been an Art teacher for over twenty years I was looking forward to an active retirement. However neck pains had become debilitating, and when Andrew offered a spinal X-ray at my gym I was quick to line up. I started a three month course of treatment when Andrew mentioned the words 'dowager's hump'! I visited Andrew with a very painful neck and shoulder I had tried other methods of treatment which did not work but he worked out a plan and it was not easy but it did work I am sure I will have to visit him again as I have a habit of trying to push my body too much. Having suffered with a sore lower back for a number of years, mainly when standing or walking for a prolonged period of time. I finally decided to do something about it when I initially met Andrew at my local gym and agreed to have a consultation to see what could be done. It was clear that Andrew was knowledgeable and passionate about what he does so I decided to continue with the treatment. Andrew took the time to really understand the underlying cause with a series of assessments and questions. Having diagnosed the root cause, Andrew began to make adjustments to my spine. He also made recommendations that I could do day-to-day in order to aid the process along with a number of exercises that would help strengthen the muscles around my lower spine. The improvements are already noticeable and I look forward to them only getting better.
