I’ve been going to Neighbors and Herod for years. I trust their work, their advice and I really like them. They are considerate and thoughtful of each patient and will do everything they can to put you at ease and make you comfortable. Makes it so much easier to go to a dentist when you know you can trust them.

Dr.Herod has been our family dentist for years now. We could not be happier with his care for our family. Our young children as well as our older children absolutely love him! We drive all the way from Mechanicsville just to continue to have his care, it is definitely worth the drive.

I would like to take the opportunity to acknowledge Dr. Herod and his staff for making my dental experience seamless and without fear. Always confortable with every procedure while being mindful to finish in a speedy fashion. Thank you all so very much.

Retiring in 2005, moving to Richmond, and finding Drs. Neighbors and Moretti made my move much easier. I had good reviews from my daughter, who lived here, but I needed to experience their care for myself. I was not disappointed. The transition from my previous dentist and periodontist was smooth. To this day I am well pleased with the care of hygienist, Esther, Dr. Neighbors and Dr. Moretti as well as the other staff members. Thank you all.

If I let my 11 year old write this review, she'd say "I love going to the dentist!" I've been going to this practice since I moved to Richmond as a teenager in the early '80s and no matter where in the Richmond area I've lived, I've stayed with them (as have my parents and siblings). The level of care is top notch, from the doctors to the hygienists to the office staff. There is little turnover in the practice, which allows patients to really get to know the health care professionals. Eszter Pinter has been "my" hygienist for many years and she's fantastic. Dr. Herod took over my care when Dr. Williams retired and I've been very pleased with him, including his treatment of bite and spacing issues with Invisalign braces. An added bonus is having Dr. Moretti in the practice. She did a gum graft for me several years ago and it was painless and easy. And she called me later to check on me. The personal level of care from everyone in the office makes this practice truly special.

I am fortunate to have Dr. Herod and his staff taking care of my dental needs. Ester,my hygienist, is very thorough, helpful,friendly,and most of all gentle.I have complete confidence in Dr. Herod's knowledge and capabilities. He almost always offers more than one option for treatment of dental problems and is happy to let the patient decide. I have never experienced pain or ensuing problems associated with his care, and he always follows up on any dental work with a phone call. He really cares about his patients and his quality of work.

I have been a dental patient at the practice of Drs. Neighbors and Herod for over 17 years. The doctors, hygienists and staff are always thorough in their exams, friendly and attentive. They listen to what you have to say and don't make you feel rushed to get out if you have questions. I've had very few procedures done outside of my semiannual cleanings & exams. However doctor Herod did perform a couple of procedures on my teeth. He explained everything prior to working on my teeth and I knew exactly what to expect. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

I have received quality dental care at this practice since 1980. When I am there I feel welcomed by everyone. One of my children, who still lives in the area, now comes with her husband and children. I have brought my grandchildren several times for their check-ups. It's nice to be part of a truly family dental practice. I have always felt that my concerns are heard and honored, first by Dr. Williams and now by Dr. Herod. I have received dental care from this practice for almost 40 years. The quality of care has been exceptional. I don't believe that there is a better dental hygienist than Eszter Pinter. She is professional and compassionate. I know about her family and she knows about mine. I look forward to my dental appointments. Dr. Jeffrey Williams, an original partner in this practice,was my dentist until he retired. He saved my jaw by discovering a tumor that was destroying my jaw bone, and he researched and found the best oral surgeon on the east coast to remove that tumor. I have been treated more like family than just a patient. After Dr. Williams retired, Dr Herod joined the practice. I believe he has the expertise to continue the same level of care that is the Hallmark of this practice. I have also received care from Dr. Neighbors. He, too, is an excellent dentist. I have several friends who have been patients of Dr. Neighbors for years and would not use anyone else. Everyone in this office is friendly and accommodating. I have never had trouble getting an appointment or rescheduling an appointment. If you live in the Midlothian area and are looking for a great dental practice where you will be treated like a friend or family, rather than a name on a chart, please consider Drs. I have been going to this practice since I was a child. One of the things that sets this small practice apart from others is the quality of care and personal touch. If I call with a problem, I am taken seriously and shown a genuine concern. I have tremendous confidence in the abilities of Dr. Herod as he has seen me through several procedures and collaborated with my specialists to make sure I received the most appropriate treatment. The Midlothian Office is super convenient as well. Finally, Dr. Herod always asks me about my family and takes a interest in us. In turn, I always look forward to hearing about his young family too. This kind of personal touch is really rare today and I appreciate it when I visit this office.
