AJ is a good instructor and knowledgable about what he is teaching. He is funny and carry on the class in orderly way. Also, what it is nice about the class is no penalty for cancelling such as when I got sick last time just the day before the class started. SO I applied for another class on different timing.

The instructor (John) was very knowledgeable and was willing and eager to answer any and all of our questions. The interactive video used throughout the class was easy to follow and understand. The class was long but the instructor allowed for several quick and short breaks. I give the class- information, how it is presented and the instructor - an A. The only complaint I have is that the actual facility (room) that is used has not been properly kept. I could pick up the faint smell of dampness or moistness in the air. There was no real good circulation throughout the rooms. Maintenance may be needed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the class. The class size was perfect for our instructor (AJ) to monitor the hands on excercises and correct any techniques performed incorrectly by the students. I also thought it was great that we had the opportunity to perform CPR on an "adult" dummy as well as an "infant" dummy to learn how much or how little effort was required for proper chest compressions. There was a good balance between the video instruction portion, personal instruction time and Q&A time. Our questions were answered with detailed information. Last, AJ did a good job at making such a serious subject "fun" to learn. Personally I feel that the reduced intimidation factor enabled me to pay better attention and absorb more. I truely hope I am never in a situation where my "expertise" is needed but if it is, I won't hesitate to respond. Thank you.

Incredible experience to learn all of the important Life Saving techniques. You no longer will be a bystander in an emergency but a PARTICIPANT able to assist if needed.

The instructor AJ made the course very engaging, he was fun, and I learned a lot from him. I like that they give you the card on the same day. I would definitely take another course here again!

The instructor AJ made the class very interesting and fun. I learned a lot and truly enjoyed the afternoon in class. I feel very secure and able to perform and utilize an AED if ever needed. There should be more instructors with this type of positive attitude and teaching techniques!

Our instructor Kaaren was Professional, Thorough, and Patient. She did a great job going through everything. She watched everybody carefully to make sure they were doing everything correctly. I felt comfortable with her correcting me and showing me the right way CPR is done.

There were plenty of class times to choose from which really helps with my tight schedule! I had a really great time; and the small class size made it easy to focus and learn. AJ is the best!
