Not sure if you need an ER or an urgent care center? We are the only free-standing facility in North Richland Hills to offer both emergency services AND urgent care services under one roof. This unique model allows patients to pay urgent care pricing for less critical needs while still maintaining the resources to handle emergent medical conditions. We had a great experience when my 5 year old daughter Zoey was sick. Dr. Pritchett was great with all, as were the nurses, tech and reception. She was so excited to get a thank you card with stickers in it the other day too. Fees were high, but it is an Emergency Room, so I was expecting them to be. I would recommend.

Each visit we have received appropriate and compassionate care. We appreciate the time taken to accurately assess our medical concerns and address them. As soon as we entered the building, we were greeted warmly and immediately helped. Everything was done quickly and very professionally. Everyone seemed very interested and concerned about my well being and met all my needs with compassion. When anyone in my family needs emergency care, we will definitely go there.

Just, when you think everything is going great,you turn your back, the wrong way. I broke my back 5 years ago. I have to be careful with it. The after I saw you, I hurt my back again. I drove myself to UTSW, where all my records are. UTSW is a great hospital,what it is missing, is all the wonderful people at E-CARE. I will be back, as soon as I need all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The care here was great! The staff is extremely helpful and nice! I came in because I had an allergic reaction reaction to fire ants and the nurse at the front desk was kind enough to get me ice while I waited and the other nurse offered me a wheelchair to help suit my comfort level. The doctor was very helpful and kind and knew exactly what I needed to feel better! I have been here before in the past and it has always been a good experience!

Both of my experiences with this location have been great. Their high quality of care and service are unsurpassed. Their facilities are fantastic with all of the equipment and personnel available to provide the necessary services. During both visits, I spent minimal time waiting and the care given was professional and sincere. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this location to my family and my friends.

I was treated today for a foot wound (stepped on a nail). This was a pleasant experience under the circumstances. The staff was very considerate and professional and treated me in a timely manner. Lacy took great care in getting all of the facts about my reason for coming in and my medical history. Dr. Prickett took the time to explain his concerns and considerations with this type of injury. He is very personable and made me feel at ease right off. Sabine and Gloria took great care of me as I needed a tetanus shot. I was given a prescription for antibiotics and lots of information about my visit. Several of the staff made me aware that they are open 24 hours a day and invited me to call them back if I have any questions or further problems concerning my injury. I would feel extremely comfortable returning to this facility if I need future treatment.

Great staff and Doctor was so nice and pleasant . Made Me feel more at ease about having stitches, explained everything so well . did a great job! The nurses were so sweet and made sure I understood and reviewed what I needed to do. I would continue to return to this facility . I have several that are close to house but will return to this clinic :)!

Whether I think I've broken my foot or Mom has tumbled into the iron fence, I always head straight to E-Care. My first experience was finding my mother in the recliner with an obvious need for stitches after an unfortunate fall into an iron gate. Neither of us wanted to go to a hospital, so we headed straight to E-Care. They are so kind and took excellent care of mom including ruling out a concussion and calming two distraught daughters as well! While moving back to North Richland Hills I somehow injured my foot and. unable to see my regular doctor, I returned to E-Care. I met Dr Prickett, a very personable and knowledgeable man who determined X-Rays were needed to rule out a break or stress fracture. My tech Matt was extremely gentle and quick with the X-ray procedure. The RN's Tammy and Gloria are so giving and helpful, it takes the stress right out the window. Bottom line is, when I'm sick or hurting, I know a place that is close, extremely clean, professional and affordable. It's E-Care on N Tarrant Pkwy in NRH!
