My experience was good. The staff and doctor were very friendly. We were charged an urgent care reasonable fee instead of a emergency room fee and our visit was very quick, versus a normal Hospital Emergency Room. I would go back when needed and would refer E-Care to everyone

It took longer to fill out the insurance paperwork than the actual wait in your customer lounge. I was quite relieved and happy that my ring did not have to be cut off. I can state that I had almost pain-free stitches in my left ring finger. Only thing that hurt was the prick and pressure sensation from the anesthesia needle. Great care was taken to wash the wound and careful preparation was made before stitching the lacerations on the tip of my finger. I did not feel rushed at all, and the nurse and doctor both took time to talk to me. I have been to many emergency rooms in the past - I am convinced that your facility beats all of my other experiences at other locations. The hospitals that our family have been to are pathetic. Their customer service is severely lacking.

I have lived in McKinney over two years and had been going to a urgent care down the road for a while. After a bad experience, we found this urgent care and have not looked back. They are speedy, low wait time, friendly, great with both my husband and I but also with my small daughter. They also follow up with a call after a visit to make sure we are doing ok, which I really like. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

They were as quick as they could be, Dr. Laughlin was great and funny, we only had a little bit of trouble with the X-ray, but the staff was friendly through the whole process.

I am very impressed with the attention and the level of care I received from the entire staff at E-Care McKinney. As soon as my symptoms developed this morning, E-Care McKinney is the first place I thought of. Thanks for taking such good care of me.
