I have used Einstein plumbing 3 times for plumbing issues related to hard water in my city. They always call when they are on their way, and are always on time. They don't give you a 4 hour window to show up either - if they say they'll be there at noon, they will be there at noon. Their prices are very reasonable. They wear shoe covers when they come in so they don't track dirt around your house. Their work has been flawless, and if fact, I had them come out to fix the poor work my last plumber did. They have fixed a bad supply line on a toilet, repaired a bad line to an outside faucet, PM'd my furnace, and installed a water softener, which I love. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Cincy/Dayton area.

Tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable, even studied up on my specific work needed. He was very professional, and we even had discussions about similar hobbies while he worked. My only complaint would be he pricing, 299.00 (minimum service fee as I understand) for less than 30 minutes of work is VERY stiff. I don't even pay my lawyer that much per hour! Due to this, I will not be a repeat customer if needed.

This was the best experience I have had with agent. He explained what he would be doing and what our problem may be and how he could fix it. He also showed me the book explaining what they do if pipes need replaced. This book was very helpful to me. He explained in detail,and cleaned up the mess. And he was very nice! 5 stars!!

We have used Einstein HVAC twice, and both times we have been thoroughly impressed! Not only did they do the jobs perfectly, but also my daughters loved chatting with them! In fact, after both times, my 4 year old asked if your employees could come over for a play date sometime! We will definitely recommend and use your services in the future!

I recently moved into a new house (to me). My former husband always fixed most problems in our house. My computer at work was having fits so I got out my old yellow pages. I picked your company because it had a picture of (I assume) your family. Also it said Veteran owned. I am retired from the Air Force myself and like to support fellow veterans. I was not disappointed. You sent someone that afternoon around 1430 which was a half hour early. I loved that. You sent Aaron and he was awesome! He was friendly, energetic and knew what he was doing. He explained everything to me so that I felt I could try to light my water heater if needed. He answered a few other questions I had. He was not trying to rush out the door until he was sure I had my questions answered. The cost was very reasonable. I will be using your company for all my HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs from now on. Thank you!!
