I have to admit every time I go to the dentist I am nervous, but once I get there the nerves some what go away. I have had a few procedures done at Elite Dental and all of them have gone great. Dr Chaney is wonderful he explains everything he is doing step by step, the staff makes you feel comfortable and you know that they really care about you. They all go above and beyond in what they do and it makes me want to come back to the dentist. EXCELLENT care.

Dr. Johnson and Rachael make one of life's more dreaded events a lot easier to take! As a dental hygienist, Rachel is gentle, proficient, and a true professional in all my routine cleanings. She is also pleasant and easy to talk to, even when your mouth is filled with her tools! Dr. Johnson is also a true professional. My implant was essentially painless, as were all other procedures he has completed for me. The office is always clean and neat; and all staff members are friendly and efficient. The only issue I have is getting up out of the couch/chairs in the waiting room--much too comfortable and low down for folks with hip/knee issues! But that's a small price to pay for such great service :)

I got my first filling at elite dental and I felt no pain whatsoever, the staff was also very nice and I was able to carry a conversation with every staff member which I really appreciate.

I have been a patient here since they opened. I am always pleased with the care I receive. Great staff; friendly, courteous and caring. Dr. Cheney is my dentist and I have always appreciated his caring and professional demeanor.The techs are great and it's like a family experience.

Okay, I needed immediate help with a wisdom tooth that began to really hurt, and that pain grew in just a few days. This was mid-January of '17. The only other time I had a wisdom tooth problem was over 10 years ago. At that point, a good dentist office near Knoxville apparently tried their best, but hurt. Incredibly. The pain could not be controlled with OTC drugs like Advil or Aleve. This extraction distracted me, mightily, for months. So now years later, in January of 2017, my 2nd wisdom tooth problem arises. I didn't have time to drive from Jefferson City to beyond Knoxville to see my regular dentist. I called Elite. They had me in their office the next day. They were extremely kind, even gentle. They used a wrap-around X-ray machine I hadn't had before. Dr. Chaney and his assistant were very forthcoming but calm. I needed the tooth out. They numbed my upper jaw. That did hurt, but not for very long. Then -- as I was bracing for repeat of my earlier "trauma" of extraction -- he said he was getting a grip of the tooth, to be careful. Again, I am ready for a big deal, a bunch of pain. Suddenly he says, "It's out." "What?!" I exclaimed. Truly it was a 1000% less painful than before. I was a mixture of amazed and grateful. Then to top it off, he gives me 3 Advil, and comments "I don't think you'll need anymore than this." Really? I wondered. So I again recall the arduous healing process from before (with an upper wisdom tooth extraction taking months). That pain never happened. From the point of extraction, until today, my mouth never really hurt at all. And no infection. I took one Advil or one Aleve for a few days, but otherwise, no problems. I followed their instructions about not using a straw, not whistling, not doing anything to disturb healing with unwanted suction. In a matter of days, all is well. Now about a month later, to inform anyone who is listening and curious, I am still fine. No problems, no pain, no lingering gap to fill. What an extraordinarily different experience. I am thus switching dental facilities. I am now of the mind that compared to Knoxville, or any dentist in the surrounding region, there is not a better dentist. And they're local to Jefferson! Who knew? Well, I do now and I am very glad for it.

As soon as you walk through the door you are treated with kindness. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel at ease. My husband and myself were worried that we wouldn't find a dentist as nice and professional as the one we had in Michigan, but Dr. Chaney is wonderful, as his staff is too.

The quality of care is excellent. I am always so pleased with my visits. I would not hesitate to recommend Elite Dental and Dr. Chaney and Rachel.

When we moved to the area we looked for a dentist and chose Elite Dental. I have had many dentist in 69 years but Dr. Chaney and his staff are the best.

I've been going to Elite Dental for over 6 years. As if the clean and comfortable environment wasn't enough, the staff is extremely welcoming every visit. Dr. Chaney has always done an amazing job making sure I'm happy with the way my teeth look and feel. The procedures are always so quick and painless. It feels great to finally have a dentist who cares about my teeth as much as I do. As I have had to have my fair share of dental work they have never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable when coming in with a problem. The staff always makes sure to let me know the cost and help me set up a plan to make sure there are no surprises when it comes to payment. I have had to visit many dentist and Elite Dental is truly the best dentist in Tennessee! I can't recommend them enough!
