Dr O’Hearn and his staff were nothing short of fantastic. After a few doctors at a different clinic ignoring my symptoms, treating me improperly, and being plain rude, it was so refreshing and reassuring to walk into ER of Texas Little Elm where I was acknowledged and listened to the second I walked in. This was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at an ER and doctors office. Huge thank you to the team for listening to and properly treating my symptoms! Extremely grateful knowledgeable and caring physicians still exist.

Thank you for excellent care. I had some initial hesitation regarding receiving assessment and evaluation, but the receptionist, physician and nurses helped me over that hurdle. I needed care for something if left untreated could have gotten worse. The facility was clean and calming. Everything was done professionally , with good skills and in a timely manner, Thank you again

Phenomenal service as soon as you walk in everyone in the morning staff was extremely professional, helpful and charming. The staff is very well trained and go above and beyond their jobs to help. I felt very welcomed safe and knew I was getting the best medical care I could get, highly recommend this place will tell my friends and family about it and of course I will always come back, knowing that I have the best care right down the street.

Hello, I visited ER OF TEXAS yesterday around 4:00pm, I was greeted by a young lady with a beautiful personality along with a couple of short forms to fill out, it only took less than five minutes before I was called back by a nurse by the name of Pam, she evaluating me thoroughly, and immediately proceeded to Converse with an amazing attending physician by the name of Dr. Richard Parker,MD. This facility has everything that a full staff hospital has !! The Doctor and staff made my visit so satisfying. Hopefully I will never have to visit a HOSPITAL AGAIN! I would like to send a special thanks to Pam, Bill and both receptionists and X-ray tech. THANK YOU.

Can't say enough great things about this place! We brought my 2 year old in with a torn open lip and were in and out so quickly. The staff was also so kind and wonderful to our little girl that was very unsure of the whole thing. Stitches were done so smoothly. Truly just the best experience. Thank you all again!

All the nurses were professional, skilled and courteous. The doctor was very thorough in his diagnosis and explained everything to us. I had a severe injury to my hand and thankfully I had Dr Northcut as the doctor and Mary as the nurse. Dr Northcut was very professional and was very kind. He did an amazing job putting the pieces together inspite of my choice words. Mary gave me the best shot I’ve ever had, I never felt anything. I feel truly blessed to have gotten this group of professionals with compassion and much knowledge. Thank you all for being there for our community.

The quality of care and customer service was great. Everyone from the front desk to the xray room were efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The only way I would ever go to an ER in the hospital is if I was unconscious in an ambulance and couldn't refuse. I chose ER of Texas urgent care because it's close to my house and I expected that they would be a quicker and more efficient and they certainly were. I'm very impressed. Thank you for what you do!

My family has a healthcare background, and I must say that I have never been more impressed with the level of care I have received at ER of Texas Uptown. From the ease and convenience of checkin, to the clean and calm environment, to the care of every staff member I came in contact with, this facility is far superior to any other I have ever seen. Each physician went above and beyond their obligations. They all genuinely care about the patient’s overall health and individual situations. The entire staff and facility was amazing. Everyone there truly cared about their jobs and their patients. They were so helpful on the phone when I was looking for a place and it was so easy to get in and seen! The doctor was incredible and didn’t push drugs as a bandaid like other places have as “preventative”. The steroid injection he gave me was exactly what my ear need to eliminate inflammation in my hurt ear. The shot helped within hours and healed the following days. Everyone there was so kind and personable. I am so glad I found you all. Everything was way above average and I have already recommended you to several people. Thanks for everything and being our new family go-to for urgent and emergency needs!

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had at an ER! The register Barbara was absolutely wonderful and took care of all my husband needs promptly! She’s truly a very compassionate person and listens to the patients problems. The clinical team took great care and time with us and made sure we were educated on how to proceed.
