Eva Villa Maui Bed and Breakfast is located in Kihei \ Wailea on the sunny side of the island. Our home is nestled on a half acre at the top of Maui Meadows in a quiet neighborhood where the days are warm and the nights are cool. There are no street lights so you can treat yourselves to beautiful evenings just perfect for star gazing. The grounds include many fruit and tropical trees and plants. There is also a Water Fall with frogs, fish and beautiful Aquatic plants.

Third time my wife and I were there. It was great all three. Looking forward to a fourth. Comfortable, quiet accomodations with all the extras. Delicious local fruit and muffins for breakfast. Good advise from Rick and Dale on things to do and restaurants to visit (especially the happy hours). Thanks for a great time. Hopefully we will see you next year.

This was our forth time to Maui and thourght we would try a B&B. Eva Villa is extremly clean and friendly place to spend your hoilday. A short tide on the side of a mountain with flowers and plants everywhere. Every morning Dale had fresh fruit muffins and bagles for us. Rick was always around or close by for any questions to be answered. When you go for a trip you leave your family home, here at Eve Villa er felt we just met our new family Dale & Rick. We wish we had met them our first time. They also provided us with information on the best place to go for the beach,shops, and eating. We would recommend this place for its beauty and quiet surrondings we will be returning for sure.

Eva Villa is a great place to stay. The guest cottage has a full kitchen and laundry facilities to make your stay comfortable. The best compliment we can give our hosts, Rick and Dale is the fact we have returned each time we have visited Maui.

My in-laws had the time of their life staying at Eva Villa. All I heard the entire time they were here for my sons wedding was how wonderful Rick and Dale were and how much they enjoyed the poolside studio. I'm afraid they've been spoiled. My fear is that they're going to want to stay with Rick and Dale rather than with their "real" family the next time they come to visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
