I stopped by Fabmac Homes when I was thinking about building a house, not intending to commit to anything at that point, but just to see what they had available. An hour later we were convinced this was the way to go. The entire experience was positive. We were able to design a house that we wanted, at a price we could afford. The people at Maui 's Fabmac dealership were wonderful. They took care of acquiring all of the permits & inspections, handled the site work, and kept us up to date throughout the process. Even once the house was turned over to us about 20 months ago, we had to have them go in and do some repairs. They did those with absolutely no delay. As recently as yesterday we had to have someone go out and fix something small, and they did so cheerfully. Our entire experience was very positive, thanks to the personnel here.

Fabmac is the best & most affordable option out there when it comes to building your own home. Before Fabmac the reality of owning a home was slim to none, but because of Fabmac we were able to afford a beautiful home at a very affordable price. The homes that Fabmac build are very beautiful, inside and out. Plus it only takes 90 days from start to finish! Why wait years for your home to be built, when you can just wait 90 days? Building your home with Fabmac Homes will be the best choice you will ever make. From start to finish will be in no time with great quality and the best team to work with. I am so glad I took this choice...We are so happy with our beautiful home. Also thank you Fabmac for all your extra help with no charge even after living in the home for 2 years. I would highly recommend buying a home from Fabmac. My pre-fabricated home was delivered on my lot in less than 60 days, and the pricing was affordable. I had several models to choose from that could accomodate my budget. Furthermore, the quality of construction is excellent. The lumber that is used is above the local standard; the building envelope is extremely tight (no insects of any kind have found their way in!) and the entire house is insulated - resulting in year round comfort without having to use a/c or heating.
