At first I was hesitant, because my previous dentist which I had for years was closing his practice. But I was very relieved at the welcome I I got and the professionalisms that I also received. They took care of me so far and I need more work done and will see them soon. A great team they gave .

My experience was very comfortable and welcoming and the staff is amazing they made sure I was well taken care of and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my teeth. They educated me very well. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back!

My dental cleaning is not my favorite activity, but I do have to give Jen and Tina both high marks for making me feel welcome and not making me wait. Jen was great as my hygienist, very professional, personable and gentle. I was definitely satisfied with every part of my visit and will be returning.

I needed a new dentist for many years and just did not want to get out of my comfort zone! Now after 20 years I went to Dr Pollock for a emergency procedure. The office staff and the doctor were awesome!!! I just found my new dentist. Thanks Dr Pollock and her wonderful staff!

Very pleased with the care and attention I get from their office. Tina does a great job handling the front of the office. The hygienists, Jen and Crystal are friendly and caring. Dr. Shah and Dr. Sage are very professional and precise with their work. I am very happy to have found such a good dentist office.

Very nice staff and gentle dental cleaning! I was asked to reschedule because of an unexpected office hours change and they gave me extra toothbrushes when I did get to come in.

Jennifer’s service was excellent. She explained everything she was going to do before she started my cleaning. She checked that I was tolerating all that she was doing in a timely way. She informed me that there was an chance for me to get other dental work done at this appointment. I had to decline, and she didn’t push me. More importantly, she was kind & gentle.

The office is easy to get to though it is back away from the parking lot without much signage to direct where it is actually located. Tina, who handles the front desk, was warm and friendly and did her best to ease the paperwork that always comes with being a new patient. She was humorous and made a good impression of how welcoming the staff would be. I had dental cleaning and it was thorough. Jen, the hygienist, was personable and did a good job on my teeth and answering questions that I had. Dr. Shaw was the dentist and he was very personable and answered my questions and was willing to spend time to explain my satisfaction. I was satisfied with my visit to the office and will be returning.

My dental hygienist last week was a delightful young lady named Jennifer. She is so competent and caring. During the scraping she repeatedly asked me if I was doing okay before continuing. She did a great job and I left knowing I was all set for six months. I'm hopeful she'll continue working at the dental practice. She's an asset to your staff.
