At age 70, I have had services from many dentists since childhood and in the Navy, as well as since. Dr. Jason, as he likes to be called using his first name, is gentle, caring, thorough, expert, and modern. His practice is equipped with the most up to date technology and training to assure complete diagnosis of your dental condition and the most effective treatment. No guess work! I had not been at the dentist for a long time. I have always had fear of the dentist but I started to have a tooth ache. Everyone at the office was wonderful. No one made me feel bad about my situation. Sedation was the perfect option for me and I am so glad I went. I now will take care of my teeth!! Thank you Dr. Jason and the whole team.

At the risk of being overly verbose, I believe I can attest to the fact that Dr. Jason and his team at Finger Lakes Dental Care are simply the best! Four years ago, after over 25 years of neglect and to the point of where I had such bad infection in my mouth it was affecting my total health and lifestyle, as well as my work, I made the decision that enough was enough. I am a hotel manager of over 40 years as well as a vice president of three different hotel companies with over 3600 rooms during my career, so it is my business to not only know and preach service but to recognize it. I also need to have the " smile " I need to radiate hospitality when greeting my guests! I was lacking that. I will admit that when searching the net to find the right place to handle my apprehensive needs I called a major competitor first as A came before F on the page. I never got to see their facility or use their services because I was immediately turned off by the patronizing and " Fake " attitude of the receptionist I encountered on my first phone call, very probing and recitation of terms and conditions before I had even made an appointment. I called Finger Lakes Dental, was greeted warmly and given an appointment that same day. I arrived and was promptly evaluated by the caring staff and even though I was watching there were no sneers or snickers about how bad my mouth was, just genuine concern! By the way the offices, while impeccably clean, are bright and pleasing to the eye keeping your mind of yourself and any apprehensions you might have. The techs are very thorough and are willing to lead and answer any and in my case many questions I have until I am satisfied. After my prep Dr. Jason came in and said I needed an infected tooth pulled to solve the immediate problem. I agreed and in no time it was out so painlessly I asked when he would begin. With absolutely no pressure he offered me a plan to correct my years of neglect that I could choose to take or part friends after my one extraction. He offered no lectures or admonishment for my letting it get that far. I chose to finally fix the problems and in one day Dr. Jason and his team transformed me into the confidant , total body healthy person I now am. Now I am not a once a year visitor! I go t the office 3 or 4 times a year just to have minor tune ups or to ask what are important questions to me. I am never put off even though I know because of my nature they have heard all the questions before. GENUINE CARE FROM GENUINE PROFESSIONALS WHERE THE ATTITUDE STARTS FROM THE TOP. Believe me leave your dental needs in their hands, Worry about something else.

We recently moved to Canandaigua and after 25 plus years with the same dental practice we were a little worried about going to a new practice. We were welcomed warmly, orientated to the office layout, including the sterilization room, introduced to staff and the exam was so detailed and informative instructing us on our dental needs and how best to maintain dental health. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease at your office , the staff were all very warm and friendly and the office has a very easy feel about it . I had previously had a tooth removed by another dentist and that was a very unpleasant experience and I was in to have my wisdom teeth out . Dr Wendy was very good , no pain at all and very quick .
