After knee replacement surgery I developed hip pain with spasms on my surgery side. Brennan worked with me through exercises, stretches and dry needling. After only a few weeks my pain is little to none and the spasms are basically gone. I highly recommend Flex therapy for your post surgery needs! Thank you Brennan!

I have been to Flex several time over the years for chronic back pain, each time I was very satisfied. I tried another company last time, this time I am back at Flex. I would also recommend Mandy for massage therapy. You leave feeling better.

They care about their clients. Their place is clean and well organized to do the exercises. They will push you to your limits but feels good in the end. The old saying "No pain no gain". Flex therapy is a great place to get the therapy you need.

Brennen Who was my therapist was able to resolve my issue in two appointment. Gave me a lot of information which I have put to use. The receptionist was very kind and also very professional. Over all everything was extremely good. I will definitely use them again I need to be.

The physical therapist that helped me was great. He was knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done to speed the healing of my injury. And all of the staff that I encountered were friendly and concerned about their own patients too. I'd recommend the services from Flex.

The staff at Flex Therapy(Valley View) were so welcoming, friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable in their facility and I received excellent care working with Paul. He put together a series of exercises that worked great to relieve my pain. Paul definitely had my best interest...consistently asked how the treatment was working. I would not hesitate to use Flex Therapy again, if needed.

I am so thankful to Flex Physical Therapy they have made me feel welcome and like part of a big family and they are my biggest cheerleaders in my recovery. A Big thank you to Abe who has really helped me with my headaches and pain in my neck and shoulder. Also a big shout out and thank you to Jason and Paige for all their help after my two knee surgeries. I couldn't have done it without them. you gave me the tools to recover fully from a bruised tendon in my right elbow. I was very concerned because it hurt every time I moved it or used it and it would have forced me and my wife to sell our house and move to an apartment so that I didn't have to mow or upkeep my property. I am so relieved and will recommend you any chance I get.

Flex is close to my home, so doesn't take long to get there. Abe did an awesome job of working with me. Do to the amount of injury I had to my shoulder, he was careful to follow my doctor's orders and not push hard. If I experienced pain, he stopped what we were doing. I really appreciated all that he did for me, and would gladly come back to him and Flex if I need PT again. The massage that I got to end each of my session was wonderful--it felt so good after working hard. If you ever let Abe go, you will be loosing a sympathetic, considerate person who really cares for his patients. Thank you Abe.

Love the low key atmosphere, music playing, camaraderie among the staff/patients. Its a place I can go to get the treatment I need and be myself....just ask Abe Martinez! PS Go Cardinals!

I am currently a patient at the east Flex location. I have had the best care; all of the staff have been friendly & knowledgeable. In the past I have been to a number of PT locations in the metro area and I can honestly say that Flex has been my favorite so far! They use modern technology & equipment combined with Yoga that is perfect for my needs. The location is great, and the atmosphere is co comfortable & clean!

I came to Flex to help with my recurring back issues. They were not only concerned about me feeling better but staying better. they gave me continual support to build healthy habits and strengthen my core to prevent further episodes with my back. It is a fun and encouraging environment.

The care was awesome, as I expected. This is the second time I have rehabbed with Flex. The first was several years ago after complete ACL surgery. This time my Dr. opted for more therapy, which worked out great. I have regained full movement in my knee and am back to exercising after 3 weeks. I highly recommend Flex for all your PT needs.
