Our experience with Fram goes back many years. We have always found them to be professional and compassionate. Their knowledge of the products available is always helpful whenever the need has arisen for our family.

Steve Venick was helpful at every step of the way--in determining what actually needed to be done, seeing that it was done in the time frame that suited us, and preparing everything for us before we went to the cemetery for the unveiling. The pricing was more than fair, particularly given the quality of service and work. It was as good an experience as such an experience can be.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to meet with the people working for Fram Monument Company. The work they did to restore my great grandfather’s fallen stones was wonderful. From total disrepair to complete restoration, the people at Fram treated me like family. A blessing to them. Thank you very much! My great grandfather is now standing tall again!

We had a very specific design in mind and getting the wording and spacing correct meant it took quite a bit of back and forth. Steve was extremely helpful and patient facilitating this process for us. We could not have been happier with the end product which had such significance for our family. Would like to Thank the Fram Monument Company. Especially, Steve for the outstanding, professional, quality and courteous experience from the beginning to the end. He constantly provided updates and kept me inform throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient with me when I requested to make changes several times. He was always available to answer as many questions as I had. Even when the office was closed. He wasn't close to assisting me. This is the Company, you want to use to prepare the appropriate grave marker for your love ones. They go above and beyond to ensure your love ones final resting place meets your specifications. The work they perform is nothing more than spectacular.

My experience at Fram Monument Company was a very positive one. I Simply called and made the appointment. Steve Venick was right there to greet, meet, and welcomed me into his office. After we choose the right design and discussed pricing, he assured me he would quickly follow up with a proof, for my approval. Shortly after, I was contacted, and after one change, the headstone was finished. Fram Monument made a difficult task very easy. Was able to work long distance, mostly via email. They did helped me research the appropriate Hebrew names, then sent me a template for approval. The monument looks wonderful. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Within minutes of my initial call, my husbands' headstone was designed and sent to production. Steve and his staff are by far the best. Caring friendly, respectful and professional. I had an issue with the cemetery where my husband was laid to rest. Steve worked diligently and tirelessly, until the issue was resolved. Steve called me personally to let me know it was installed. The headstone is beautiful! & reasonably priced. The attention to detail is unbelievable. At a very sad and difficult time(selecting a headstone for the love of my life) Steve and his staff made that part of the journey so much easier I would highly recommend Fram Monument above all others! After losing a loved one the next hardest part is seeing their name in stone . Having worked with Fram for my late husband and my dad there wasn’t a question who I was calling for my moms stone. From the first person that answers the phone to the last confirmation of date for unveiling I felt as if my needs were the only ones they were working on. When I was unsure of the size needed someone went to the cemetery to measure to match my dads . While I hope not to need them for a long time I know they will be ready to hold my hand again .

Steve went over above to make sure our monument was delivered and installed in time for the memorial blessing service. I was touched that donations were made in my daughter's and brother's names to Alzheimer's research. The monument is beautiful, great workmanship.

From start (meeting with Mr. Venick to select and order the needed foot stone) to finish (Fram getting it done perfectly and installed by my requested date), it was a stress-free experience. Mr Venick worked with me to match existing foot stones and get the exact style of engraving I wanted. The price was one third less than that quoted by another company. We were extremely pleased with Fram Monument Company! We needed to have our Mother's side of the headstone engraved, and didn't know who to call. I was given their number by a friend and told to call them. I looked the up on the Internet and read their reviews- all positive. They did not let me down! Steve was very knowledgable and confident that they could engrave our Mother's side of the stone to match our Father's. We sent a picture of the headstone, gave Steve the wording for Mom's side, and that was that. The proof was perfect the first time - they even did the Hebrew (which we couldn't find)! The job looks perfect, their price was very reasonable, and it will be a tribute to our parents for many years to come. Thank you, Steve, for making this final task easy on the family!

I am very pleased with the personal service that Steve Venick provided to me and the beautiful plaque Fram produced for my Mom's grave. Steve patiently helped me design the plaque and provided different ideas and options that were invaluable. The price was certainly competitive and Steve was quite flexible and willing to work with me on payment over time, which was a big help to me. He promptly responded to my emails and answered all my questions and provided excellent advice regarding aspects of the unveiling ceremony. My experience working with Fram Monument was excellent. I live in Boston and had to make the Baltimore arrangements by email and phone, and the service and attention at Fram made all the difference. The stone is perfect and the service was 100% worry free. They responded quickly and professionally to the all the tweaks in the text and the tricky Hebrew spelling changes. Fram even took the extra step of emailing me a few weeks before the unveiling to let me know that all was in place and ready for the unveiling. I don't take the good service for granted. My husband also recently arranged a stone for his father in a cemetery in Connecticut and used a well recommended monument company in New Jersey. That NJ company had us holding our breath until the very day of the unveiling; we didn't know if the stone was going to be there and yet we had family flying in from all parts of the country. In contrast, when we used Fram, we were worry free!

Steve at Fram Monument provided us exception service for the monument for my father. Our requests for several changes to the inscription and scheduling the installation on short notice were all met without hesitation from Fram. Steve also graciously provided a translation of my father's birth certificate to insure we had a correct spelling of his name.

Steve and his associates are respectful, kind, helpful people. Much appreciated at the stressful time of making arrangements for my mother's gravestone. Quality of work is excellent --we were very pleased.
