When we unveiled the headstone at The Garden of Remembrance, the stone was exactly as we expected. So glad that Niv listened patiently as my mother spoke and suggested this monument be carved in the shape of a book. Niv's guidance helped us fit the appropriate text on the stone. We got so many compliments on the unique stone. People actually took photos to take home and show friends and family. I am so pleased and will continue to recommend Fram Monument Company and Niv's services. Niv's help makes a difficult time easier.

Niv was extremely knowledgeable in guiding me in the direction which would give me the product I desired as a monument remembrance. In selections, I found the quality of each possible memorial to be of the highest standard. The quality of memorial was equal to the price. I did not feel the price was unreasonable but worth every penny. For me personally, I found Niv to be most attentive to what I wanted on the memorial. The result was amazing. Being a single person, I wanted to make sure this part of my passing was not left as a burden for family members. The memorial states who I am, the places I lived, a symbol of the protestant denomination of my birth, a text of a hymn verse, what i did as a career, and last a personal quote. I would highly recommend allowing Fram Monument Company carry out final wishes.

On behalf of a patriotic organization, I came to Fram Monument Company to install a grave marker for a departed soldier patriot. The marker was provided by my organization, but required installation to a suitable stone which would be inserted in the grave. Niv at the Rockville office of Fram worked with me on the selection of a proper stone base. The company installed the marker on the base and on the grave prior to the dedication ceremony. I honestly was not looking forward to picking out a plaque for my husband, Michael who died last April. I even asked that my daughter accompany me to the Rockville showroom. I must say that Niv made it very comfortable and was very knowledgeable about all of our questions. He let us customize however we wanted and made a difficult decision much easier. He even told us the #HTTR was the first one he had done; there are no right or wrong decisions. We did a small unveiling this past weekend and the plaque was exactly what we had ordered. We were most pleased from the moment we entered the Fram Monument showroom. We were greeted promptly upon our arrival and had time to peruse the display room before our scheduled appointment. We were able to select the markers we wished to purchase at our first appointment via computerized images. The markers were placed at the cemetary lot sites by Fram. I was very pleased and relieved with my experience at Fram Monument. I was dreading having to select a marker for my mother's grave. Not only did Niv make the process very easy, but he was also able to closely match the 40-year-old marker on my father's grave. I thank Niv for helping me through a difficult task. Fram Monument is one of this region's outstanding artisans of monuments and memorials. On top of that, every individual at Fram is courteous, kind and sympathetic to each and every customer who comes through their shop. When my dear and beloved wife died, I wanted to have a special marker for the final resting place of me, my son and my wife. For comparison purposes, I went to the cemetery to see what they had to offer, and at what price, as I wanted pictures inscribed on our marker. Not only did Fram offer more colors and picture options, for the price of a smaller marker with only four pictures, I was able to get a larger marker, that would have the names of all three of us on it, with twice as many pictures. Plus a solid granite bench that would contain as many as up to four cremains. Again, for the price of a smaller marker with only four pictures, I got a larger marker with twice as many pictures and a solid granite, engraved bench that was far better than the bench or the markers offered at the cemetery. I go to my wife's grave every Sunday, and one of the workers at the cemetery said that, by far, our marker was the most unique, and well done, marker in the whole cemetery! He said that our bench, which coordinated with our marker, was the best one in the whole cemetery as well. On top of that, Mr. Fishbein ensured that we were informed throughout the process, the timing and progress of our marker and bench. There was a minor problem with the marker, which was handled within 24 hours. After we placed our order, within 72 hours I got a card at home. It was a contribution on our behalf to the Alzheimer's Association of America. During our conversation, I mentioned to Mr. Fishbein that my mother died from Alzheimer's. Without prompting, he sent a most generous donation on my mother's behalf. Again, he didn't ask, I didn't solicit, he did this from the kindness of his heart. I have since recommended Fram Monument to five other individuals who are in need of a marker, bench or a granite memorial. Fram Monument is a rare treasure in our region. Even if I move away, I will use and definitely recommend that anyone else use their superb services and craftsmanship. They understand why you are there, and could not be more sympathetic and understanding. When you compare the quality, follow-up and value of what they have to offer with anyone else, and you will come away just like I did -- happy, pleased and grateful that you made such a wise decision.
