When I described my concerns to Mark about the Honda dealership in Quincy that was servicing our 2011 RDX (that we purchased new from Frank Leta in December of 2010), Mark was EXTREMELY helpful in having our RDX checked from front to back, top to bottom & inside and out. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism we witnessed from the office staff, service staff, service techs and last but not least from the sales staff.
