I have been a patient for 20 years.The staff are friendly and tend to all your needs.The office is nice and clean,and comfortable.I moved from chino and i now have a 40 minute drive but it is well worth it. I always had a great visit, Dr.Tea has done a great dental works on me as she took proprietorship and her cordial and friendly staff has added on it. With full makeover of the clinic, I felt relaxed and comfortable, and Ms. Ceci has added pleasantness to it. Will definitely recommend my relatives and friends.

The quality of care was amazing I felt so comfortable and the office was clean and very nicely decorated, I got right in at my scheduled time , I will definitely be back , the dentist and all her staff where all warm and very welcoming!

Quality of care in Ramona Dentistry is super. All the staffs there are very friendly. The place is very inconvenient to us since we live in Chino Hills its only like 2.5 miles from our house.

I moved into the area a year and a half ago and have been having trouble finding a good dentist, especially since my insurance has fluctuated (I'm currently on Medical). I finally ended up combing through a ton of reviews online and found Galvan. It took longer than I would have liked to get an appointment because they're busy, but I can't fault them for being popular. When I went in for my cleaning and x-rays today, every person I interacted with was incredibly pleasant and made a point of making me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions, let me look at my x-rays, and, as they soon realized I liked to know what was going on with my teeth, took the initiative themselves to explain each procedure. (Which was good, because I usually couldn't talk with the tools in my mouth...) As for quality, it's hard to say from just a cleaning and x-rays, but it seemed good to me. Everyone certainly appeared competent and they were careful not to cause any pain or scare me or anything. (I'm not scared of dentists at all, but they didn't know that.) They were definitely efficient. Overall, I was so pleased with the experience that I booked my next cleaning (in six months) on my way out. Don't want to have to wait another month and a half when I remember it's that time again next spring!

Every staff member is very friendly and are always attentive with their patients! They make a clear indication of what they are going to be working on during your visit and are very gentle during the procedure. Always happy with every visit!

I am very fortunate with my dentist as they have all here great qualities, quality of care is five star, friendliness - all of the staff are great five star staff also! and the convenience - five star as well! I love, love my dental provider and love the service they provide. I have recommended them to a few of my friends and of course they later thank me, because they too leave satisfied with the service provided.
