I WAS VERY HESITANT TO SEE ANY DENTIST, BUT WHEN DRS. GRAF HAD TAKEN OVER FROM MY PREVIOUS DENTIST, I MADE THE DECISION TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I AM SO VERY HAPPY I DID, AS I HAVE FOUND THEM AND THEIR OFFICE STAFF TO BE VERY UNDERSTANDING OF SOMEONE WHO REALLY HAD A FEAR OF DENTISTRY IN GENERAL. THEY ARE VERY CONSIDERATE AND CAREFUL IN THEIR APPROACH AND HAVE MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE DURING ALL MY VISITS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ACCOMADATING IN SETTING APPOINTMENTS BOTH CONVENIENT FOR ME AND THEM AND DO NOT MAKE ME FEEL THEY ARE RUSHING TO GET TO THE NEXT PATIENT. THEY TAKE TIME AND LISTEN.

Dentist and staff running on time. very friendly and fun front desk staff and all staff! As all staff explain to me what they are doing before they do so I developed a nice warm bedside manner! I highly recommend Graf Family Dentistry. I see Dr. Tom or Dr. Michelle. They are both kind, efficient and have been so important with dealing with my incredible fear and dislike of dental procedures. The entire staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They know their patients and when you check in they know who you are before you tell them. Appointments are easily scheduled and if emergency they are readily available to assist.

I have been with Dr. Tom for 10 or 11 years. I used to be terribly nervous having dental work. Not so with Dr. Tom. I have never had a bad experience with him and in fact - I never experience any anxiety before appointments. His casual, friendly manner is comforting. Thanks to Dr. Tom Graf. I can't honestly imagine better dental care. My appointments are always on time without a wait. The staff is friendly, welcoming me back and sharing tips and advice on how to best care for my teeth. Dr Graf is friendly, professional, and really good at what he does. I drive from Appleton to go to Dr Graf simply because of the great care.
